About the Homestay
We have a nice nice detached house,2 km to town centre and 6 km to seaside.
We have three lively boys, polite and courteous, we can also keep a student in one of our bedrooms in the house, providing them with breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
Our town Drogheda, has many historical sites near by, including the skull of St. Oliver Plunkett, castles, Newgrange and Millifont Abbey and museums in Dublin 30 minutes away.
We have a large garden where we have BBQ's in summer and eat outside weather permitting.
We tend to go hill walking and explore the mountainous region of Down. We go to visit museums in Dublin.
We speak english in the house all the time, there is free parking outside the house.

About the Area
Our House is Located on the south side of Drogheda in a quiet and safe suburb called Five Oaks Village.
We are 15 minutes walk from the town centre, and 25 minutes from Dublin Airport.
The bus stop is located outside our estate that can bring you direct to Dublin or Belfast. The train is 10 minute walk away.
There are plenty of shops and cafe nearby.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
