Our house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Greenhills, Dublin 12. You will find 2 different bus stops 3 minutes from the house the number 9 and number 15 both take you directly to the City Centre via two different routes. It takes between 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic to reach the city centre. The location is fantastic for students based in any of the city centre universities as many of the bus routes pass by the major universities in Dublin city. The location is ideal for students in Griffith College, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), Dublin Business School (DBS), Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI) or Trinity College Dublin (TCD). It takes approximately 30 minutes to travel to the city centre by bus. It is 2 minutes away from the local park, Tymon Park which has wonderful walks scenery and facilities. It is a short walk to the local shopping centre. It is a really great location for any student studying in the city centre or for any tourist exploring Dublin. The Ashleaf Shopping Centre where you will find a range of shops is only 20 mins walk.

The house is a large and cosy modern 2 storey house. The room to rent has a comfortable single bed with built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and access to a private bathroom. There is a large kitchen which has all modern conveniences. The WiFi signal is really strong throughout the entire house and we also have cable TV and Netflix available. The back garden is large with a patio area and garden furniture.

My name is Sinèad, I am in my forties and I am a stay at home Mum. I love sport and play rounders for the local team and have done on and off since I was 8. I enjoy going to the cinema, morning coffees with friends, eating out and I love to travel.     My time staying with Sinead was excellent. Sinead is a lovely woman, she is very welcoming, and she made me feel right at home! Her home itself was lovely. I'd very much recommend staying here.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
