About the Homestay
We are the Tracey family. Mum and dad, Janet and Thomas, 3 children, a daughter aged 21 and 2 sons aged 17 and 15. We also have a cat and a dog. The room we are offering is a standard single room with bunk-beds and mounted TV. We offer a light breakfast in the morning and you can have limited access to the kitchen and use of the microwave, toaster and kettle. Janet has a family to take care of so this kitchen is a very busy place for her/ She can offer you a cooked dinner for just €6.00. This can be discussed at time of booking.
Please note that the twin room is only available for short stays (maximum 1 week)

About the Area
Our house is located in Coolock, in a housing estate that has access to public transport, a swimming and sport centre. It is a quiet and safe area of Dublin. We are sure you will enjoy your homestay with us.

My son(11) and I had a pleasent stay with the Tracey family. The place is close to the airport but easy to get into the City. The house is clean and nice. The bed was confortable and I loved the Fresh smell of the nice linen .The family is lovely and everybody is so kind and helpful with directions and anything else. The kids are great and we Even get to meet grandma. We had lots of laughter! The dinner served by janet was delicious and more than enough. Highly recommend this place!! Thanks for everything!!

Janet was really friendly and helpful with bus routes and advice for getting around the city. She also cooked a tasty meal upon request with all the trimmings! Beds were comfy and room was spacious enough for two bags with room to move around.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (minimum booking fee may apply) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or by prior arrangement.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
