4 bedroom detached house located in Clonsilla Village 6 minute walk from the train station servicing city centre. 1 minute walk to bus stop going to city centre. We live in a homely house overlooking a beautiful park area. Private single bedroom, shared bathroom (1 other), kitchen, sitting room and dining room. This room would suit a mature adult who is working/studying outside the home only. Strictly no smoking. This is a working household so quiet time is from 11pm-7am. Guests can use my washing machine for laundry.
This home is strictly NO pets.

About the Area
Our house is located in West Dublin in a quiet village called Clonsilla Village. We are a 7 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk from bus stops all servicing the city centre. One of the buses that travels to the city centre, the number 39A, operates 24 hours seven days a week. The Blanchardstown shopping centre is about 15 minute walk away and has restaurants, shops, cinema, theatre and pubs. I offer you a private single bedroom and there is WiFi. You have use of a main bathroom (with one other person) and you may use the kitchen facilities should you wish to cook meals or prepare your lunch.

I had a wonderful four months staying with Ailish! She was always helpful and kind. She will make you feel truly included and most importantly, safe in her home. If you find her place and it's still available, you're incredibly lucky and I would advise you to book as soon as you can!

Ailish is a wonderful, welcoming host with a great house, offering a small but clean and cosy room. The kitchen, bathroom and sitting room were also free to use at any time. I loved the communal feeling and that Ailish, her son and another girl staying there were always approachable and up for a chat or if I had any questions. I felt very safe and welcome during the three months I stayed here. Cannot recommend enough! :-)

Ailish was such an amazing host, she made me feel right at home. She is so helpful with everything, if you aren’t sure about trains or buses just ask her she will definitely help you. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend staying with her I promise it was the best home stay I have ever had

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
