I live in a semi detached house with 5 bedrooms , there are 4 of us in the house my daughter 23 my other daughter 18 and my son 17 . We have a large garden and right across the road from Marlay park and the Dublin mountains are right behind us . There are two bus routes and a luas close by to get to city centre. There is lots to do around here and have a big shopping mall beside us as well as local shops , cafe and pubs . Very easy going family & our neighborhood is quiet & private. Plenty to do around here if you like nature being at the foot of the Dublin mountains. The local shop & pub is 5 min walk away .

About the Area
Our home is on the south of Dublin in a quiet leafy suberb. It has lot to do around it if you choose. There is agony and swimming pool close by and tennis courts. Marlay Park is across the road from the house and in summer they host concerts and week end festivals. There is a big shopping centre close by and lots of local shops and pubs. We are also at the foot of the Dublin Mountains.

House Rules
no smoking inside house , lock front and back doors after exiting . No strangers to be brought back and tidy up after oneself. Friends are welcome over but not to stay.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Although I paid the deposit, she told me she did not accept the my request, she was very bad, I do not recommend her
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
