We are a married couple with no children. We live in an original stone cottage in the middle of Skerries town in north county Dublin. We have a small black and white cat with a very big personality. The town is very quiet during the week but comes to life on the weekends. Antonio is from Brazil and speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Spanish and a little French.
We have a large living room and separate kitchen and dining area is very big and opens out into a small yard with a BBQ area. We are 5 minutes walk from Skerries south beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and harbour.
Additional Info
You can park outside the house on the street but there is a charge from 8am to 6pm. Free parking is available on the south beach. Free parking all day Sunday.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north county Dublin in a quiet fishing village called Skerries. We are 30km from the city centre and 20 mins from the airport. The bus stop is only 5 minutes from the house and the train is 15 minutes walk from the house.

House Rules
Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. You are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. This is a non smoking house. The house is very old and creaky so even moving around at night can be noisey!

I recommend it in every way. My room was nice, spacious and clean. Antonio and Karen are very nice guys. My English was not the best, but they had patience.
Also, Skerries is a beautiful village and the house is very good located. But the most I miss is his cat. The most affectionate cat I have ever known.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
