I lived 4 weeks as a DCU-student in Pauline's house. The room is very big compared with other homestays in Dublin and really comfortable. Pauline's son Eoin is very easy going, friendly and he also helped me with a job application. If you love movies and tv programmes this is the greatest place to stay because of the huge amount of dvds and tv-channel. The route between the house and the DCU is around 25 minutes on foot so it's a great position for DCU students, in addition it is located near to many bus stops so it's easy to reach the city centre at any time. However, I have to report two negative things of my stay at Pauline's house. Firstly when I was booking my stay, Pauline told me a price for a full board that was different to what I paid when I arrived there. Secondly, the last week of my stay I was not allowed to do the laundry. A part from these two drawbacks, that I wanted to write as a tip for Pauline, I passed a good experience.

Pauline et son fils sont très gentils, j'y étais comme à la maison. Ils sont très accueillants et très serviables, je les recommande fortement.

Clean house, good food, and very kind family.
Thank you very much ( Shokran jazilan! ) Pauline and your son Eion as well, for your kind treat and welcoming, hope to stay with you in the future another time.
Really, Pauline you are (Mumtazah!), and your son Eion (Mumtaz!) as well.
I strongly recommend the others to stay with these nice people.

    Good luck 4 all.
