Me and my sister had a good stay at Orla's house! As it was our first experience with homestay, we didn't know what to expect and so we were a little insecure at the beginning, but after staying with Orla an Rob, we will try it again!
Our room was beautiful, so that my sister actually took some inspiration from it for her own at home :) Rob also welcomed us even though we arrived around 21 o'clock.
Furthermore you can head into a lot of directions from Orla's house! There is a train station either 8 or 15 minutes within walking distance heading either towards Howth or North(Malahide or Drogheda). Both go into the city centre as well. Also there is a bus stop very close to the house with a bus frequently heading into the city centre too! Within 10min walking distance there is also a bus going to the airport. It takes around 1hour, but you don't have to change transport, which was great too! For us these transport opportunities were really great as we went into all the directions at least once and used the visitor leap card!
A warm welcome on arrival to Orla’s beautiful home which is ideally located to access the M50 motorway. A spacious room with an ensuite and power shower. Ample choice of foods for breakfast☕️So if searching for a decent place to stay on Dublin’s Northside just go Orla’s way!
Friendly host and her husband Rob is a good man too.
Grand stay for anyone.
Absolutely amazing. Orla was very welcoming and easy to speak too and the house was so beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay and if we are back in Dublin we will be back again.
Good people, fantastic place, peaceful stay. Thanks much for your kind and warm hospitality
Your so beautifull and same like your house..thanks for stay.
Orla and her husband were great hosts. They have a lovely home in a very handy spot close to Bayside DART station. This means you can travel into Dublin easily. We were allowed to use their kitchen at any time. I would recommend.
A lovely house and a pleasant welcome at Orla's home !
Too bad that we can't meet in real
But it was a nice place to stay
