Come to live as a real Dubliner in the most central area of Dublin. What we offer you is a comfortable double bedroom in a georgian building just located in front of the Parliament. You cannot get any more central than that! Restaurants, pubs, shops...everything is literally 5 minutes walk from the building! The area is super safe, you can walk home at any time of the night without any problem. You won't even need a taxi, apart from the one that will bring you to and from the airport. (But we also have the Airlink 757 bus stop from/to the airport just in front of the building! And also the Hop on Hop off bus stop is just in front of us!)
I'm Italian and I have been living in Dublin for 11 years, so not only I can give you useful information about the city, but you can also experience a little bit of Italy while you stay in Dublin. I live here with my husband, who is Irish, and he will introduce you to the beauty of the Emerald isle, the rugby, our tasteful craft beers, the wonderful nature, and of course...where the craic is!!

About the Area
Our house is located in the most central part of the city, just in front of the Government Building. The Airlink bus stop to and from the Airport is just in front of the door, as well as a taxi rank. Many bus and coach stops to the main Irish destinations are a few minutes walking. Luas and Dart stations are also 5 minutes walking. 2 huge main parks -St. Stephen's Green and Merrion Square are 1 minute away. A supermarket and a gym are just around the corner along with restaurants, pubs, etc. etc.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We prefer a kind of guest who is here to visit the city or on business. So, basically a tourist or a professional here on a business trip. You are obviously more than welcome to share with us a cup of tea or a coffee and have a chat when you are at home to relax, if you wish.
We will provide sheets, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and iron.
We are 2 very clean and tidy people and we ask that our guests leave the room and the common area clean as they find it.
That means:
- cleaning the bathroom sink and the shower/bath (given that is shared) with sponge and detergent after use. Cleaning WC with brush.
- as we have carpets throughout, please remove shoes when at home
- No use of the kitchen: we only offer a good breakfast (at an agreed time the night before).
Also:
- PLEASE NOTE THAT A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PASSPORT OR ANY OTHER NATIONAL ID IS MADE UPON ARRIVAL
- no party people, drunk or noisy people. You are free to come home at any time, but please be quiet, for us and for the neighbours, especially between 10.30 pm and 7.00 am
- it is not permitted to bring other people at home
- this is a no smoking building
- there is free access to Internet
- if keys are lost there will be a charge of 30 euro
- no food and no pets in the room.

Unterkunft ist super zentral. Kleines, aber schönes Zimmer im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug), sehr ruhig und ausgesprochen gepflegt.
Sehr nette Gastgeber. David nahm sich morgens viel Zeit für Tipps. Hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich. Gute Gespräche auch über politische, historische und gesellschaftliche Hintergründe der Iren und Europa.
Kontinentales Frühstück mit kleinen Extras wie z.B. Croissants und Donuts.

Apartment right in the centre of Dublin convenient for airport bus and attractions. Lorenza and David, the owners, were charming and friendly. Despite its location the flat was quiet, and the bedroom bright and clean. A very enjoyable stay - I would thoroughly recommend.

Soggiorno stupendo!!! Lorenz e David sono persone squisite, molto disponibili e ci hanno dato informazioni preziose per visitare nel miglior modo possibile Dublino ed il resto delle cittadine irlandesi. È un’esperienza che consiglio a chiunque!! Appena siamo entrati nella loro casetta magica nel pieno centro della città è vicina a tutte le attrazioni più importanti, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa♥️ Esperienza 10 e lode!!!! Martina e Goffredo

I don’t got the world to say how great it was to meet Lorenza and David!
On a passé un super séjour chez Lorenza! C’est un charmant couple qui nous a accueilli, le contact était très facile et ils étaient vraiment au petit soin! Cette rencontre aura vraiment marqué notre séjour à Dublin.
L’appartement est idéalement situé, le petit déjeuné était parfait!

3 nights and 4 wonderful days in Dublin, thanks for everything! Lorenza and David were so welcoming and caring during our stay. Nice and clean appartment , wonderful bed and a delicious breakfast. La habitación muy cómoda y todo muy limpio.
Tiene muy buena ubicación, en el centro pero calle muy tranquila. Muy cerca del autobús del aeropuerto.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
