My name is Derville, why not share my lovely home? I am on the north side of Dublin and close to the city and to DCU. The house was built in the 1920's with lovely high ceilings which make it feel very spacious. I have a double bedroom available with an ensuite. There is a bright living room and a separate kitchen which you are welcome to use at any time. You will be on a very good transport route from Dublin Airport and only a short hop into the city center. I am on the 41 bus route which runs 24 hours a day.

About the Area
The house is in a quiet and safe residential area. Direct buses to the city centre and to the airport. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk. There is a pub nearby and a Centra shop within 4 minutes. There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance in Drumcondra. It is also close to Santry which has a shopping centre and a cinema.

I loved to stay at Derville's house. It was quiet, she is a nice person who really want you to heave a good stay. She had some food and drinks ready for me when I arrived, I never asked for it. It was great!

Nothing can go better than this, bus stops near bye, frequent buses (Airport or City Center), easy to go around,beautiful & clean home, excess to kitchen, washer ,dryer, good friendly tenants, cannot expect anything more, owner Ms.Derville is very friendly and helpful.

I was lucky to find Derville's house. It was a pleasure to stay with her, I highly recommend. She is really nice and the house has all the facilities you need to feel like in home. The ubication is excellent, safety place and near airport and city centre. Thanks for everything, Derville :)

Derville made me feel very welcome in her lovely home. My room was lovely and spacious. The property is in a great location. It's 5 minutes walk to catch a bus to the city or Omni Park Shopping Centre. There are a few take away shops, a chemist and a Pub just around the corner. I highly recommend you stay with Derville.

Derville is amazing, she is so kind, and always caring about her guest being comfortable in her house and this is something unbelievable. I feel like my own house here. Moreover this is very clean and quite. Derville looks after her house very nice. I advice anyone to stay with Derville because she is so warm hearted!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
