We live in a 4 bedroom house with side entrance with large garden. I live with my fiancee . Our home is welcoming, warm, clean and full of laughter.
Our home is 10 min walk from liffey valley retail park (cinema, restaurants, shops etc.) Two mins from bus stop, it takes 25 Mins ( 10K ) to dublin city.
My home is not suitable for anyone who wishes to work from my home.
I will accept Mon-Fri stays on a longer term basis if needed.

About the Area
Our house is located south of the city in a private housing estate. we are 5 minutes away from liffey valley shopping center (Cinema, restaurants, shops) 2 minutes away from bus stop which provides many routes. 5 minutes on bus to Ballyfermot and Kylemore college.

I had a lovely stay at the house. The room was great and Paula and Dermot were amazing hosts. They really care about you and you get a family feeling in their home. I definitely recommend it!

A home away from home. I had booked this place for for my son who was travelling for the first time outside India as a student , and this place holds comfort and security in its entirety.He was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the apartment and both Paula and Dermot were incredibly helpful and friendly.The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything he needed for a comfortable stay.The apartment has all the amenities close by. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances and the bedroom was very congenial too. The bedroom was cosy with a big window to enjoy nature.From the beautiful bathroom to the pleasant backyard this homestay reflects the beautiful people that run this place making it a memorable stay at an affordable price in Dublin. A big applaud for both Paula and Dermot. I strongly recommend this place. Now they are more than hosts, they are our friends.

Paula and her fiance are absolutely fantatic and welcoming. Good converstations and laughter all round. If you looking for a place to call home for awhile please give Paula and her fiance a go. You will not regret it.

I had the pleasure of staying at Paula and Dermot's place from January till early April. I should say I enjoyed every bit of my stay, and both Dermot and Paula assisted me in settling down in Dublin. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities within walking distance. I would like to thank Paula and Dermot for hosting me, and for all the assistance they provided.

I had a great stay at Paula's house. She has a lovely home with all the comforts including excellent central heating. The room itself is big and spacious with ample wardrobe/storage space. The location is West Dublin so about a 45 minute bus ride into the centre (longer during rush hour), there is a bus stop within 5 mins walk. There is a fantastic shopping centre nearby (15 minute walk) and Lidl and Aldi within 5 minute walk. The neighbourhood is good and safe. Paula is a fantastic, energetic and flexible host who looks after her house and guests very well e.g. if there is any problem she will have it fixed asap. I felt very comfortable here and included in Paula's family yet she gave me all the privacy I needed. I cannot recommend Paula highly enough as a host and now a friend. Good luck!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
