Hi I am a singleparent with 2 young boys aged 10 and 7.
I am an IT & Telecomms professional and I have worked and lived in many European and North American countries.
I bought my home which is a new build in 2015, A1 energy rating with All mod cons.
I am looking to rent a spare double room Monday to Friday and they have use of the main bathroom and kitchen and washing machine.

About the Area
Our house is 200 yards from the 145 bus to City center and 15 mins walk from Bray Dart station.
The house is newly built in 2015, it has A2 Energy rating so is very modern with all the usual conveniences. It is a small private cul de sac just beside exit 5 off the M11.
We are 15 minutes from the beech and Bray head which also provides the beautiful scenic cliff walk to Greystones.
Bray is very Bohemian with cool cafes, bars and restaurants and just 40 minutes drive from Dublin city center. It is set at the foot of the Wicklow mountains which is known as the "Garden County" with the scenic nature trails and walks in Powerscourt and Glendalough closeby.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
