Our home is situated in a quiet, safe, gated community with lovely green areas on the north side of Dublin very close to the M1/M50 with parking available within the complex. Less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest local Centra shop and 2 minutes walk to bus stops (regularly serviced by 17A & 27B buses). Our guest bedroom has a small double bed and while not ensuite, there are 2 large bathrooms both with showers upstairs and downstairs. The living room area is open plan with access to a small balcony outside. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cooker available to all guests. Wifi is included and available all over the house. My partner and I mostly work from home. We are huge Dublin GAA football fans, we both love to eat out and explore the outdoors as much as the weather in Ireland permits! We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Non smoking home.
Please keep my home secure - lock doors and windows when leaving the house and set the alarm.
Feel free to use the kitchen and please clean up after yourself.
No pets allowed.
Please do not bring strangers into my home.
Please respect my home but feel comfortable and relaxed.
Please keep the noise down after 11pm especially during the week as this is a working home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
