My name is Anthony, I am 38 and I work in graphic design. I enjoy DIY and mountain biking. I live with my dog Buddy a very friendly well trained Patterdale terrier. I am a friendly Dubliner, I have been living here all my life so can help you with anything you might need while you are staying here. I enjoy meeting new people and learning more about them so you will be very welcome staying with me.
My house is a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet mature estate surrounded by parks and trees. I have a fully equipped kitchen for meals with a large table and chairs. The bathroom is kept clean and is equipped with a shower cubicle, electric power shower, hand basin and toilet.
I am located within a 5 minute walk to bus links to Dublin City centre from which takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the town. The bus service near my house also commutes to Tallaght village and is reachable within a 20 minutes journey by public transport. Clondalkin village is a short walk away where there are several pubs and restaurants. The large Liffey Valley shopping centre is just a couple of bus stops away. Conveniently a Lidl supermarket is just about 15 minutes walk away from my house. My location is ideal for students attending the Institute of Technology Tallaght (ITT) as it's reachable within a 25 minutes journey by public transport. Park West Business Park is located just a 20 minutes walk away, ideal for students that are in Ireland to do an internship.

TL;DR:
- great room -> comfy bed, large desk
- clean house
- kitchen has everything you need
- dog is friendly and understands stranger's commands
- Host is friendly, helpful and nice to talk toMy stay at Anthony's was really great.
I arrived a bit late in Dublin and was getting confused by the public transport, so he offered me to pick me up. His home is just 10 minutes away from a bus stop for line 40 that goes right into the city center.
The room is upstairs with a really comfortable bed and a desk more than suitable for working. I could fit a large (17'') laptop and secondary monitor on it as well as everything else I needed. The kitchen has everything you need, I was able to make everything I wanted from rice with vegetables to pancakes.
Every room is always clean. Anthony has a dog though, but apart from being somewhat energetic, he (the dog) quickly understands if you don't want him to jump on you and he is able to understand commands from strangers.
Anthony himself is a really nice person to talk to. He gave me advice on how to deal with confusing things I came across and always answered my questions about Irish habits or other things I wanted to know. He is always helpful and caring if you need help with something.
All in all, I can really recommend this room.November 2020

I stayed with Anthony for 7 weeks and it was a great time. Anthony cared about me and I could ask him for help in any situation. The house was clean and tidy and there is nothing I can complain about. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a good bus connection to city center and the next Lidl is a 10 minute walk away. My highlight was Buddy the dog, who loves everyone who has food. All in all I can recommend the place and the host to people who want to have a great time in Dublin.

Très bien ! Anthony est aidant, arrangeant et très sympa. J'y ai passé 4 mois qui se sont très bien passés, sans aucun problème. Je remercie Anthony une fois de plus.
