About the Homestay
Newly refurbished ground floor apartment in a Georgian house in Ballsbridge, the most exclusive residential area of the city. Apartment has own private entrance, large sitting room overlooking front garden, spacious double bedroom with double doors to outdoor patio, and spacious modern bathroom with bath and shower. This stylish accommodation is just two minutes walk from numerous cafes, restaurants, gastro pubs, supermarket and pharmacies on Upper Baggot Street in the city, but it is also a peaceful haven in a leafy enclave after a busy day's sightseeing in the city. The location is fabulous for visitors discovering the city and for conference attendees, rugby/soccer fans, people visiting the famous Dublin Horse Show at the RDS 8th to 12th August 2018), as all major conference hotels, Aviva Stadium and the RDS are a 5 to 7 mins walk from the apartment. I provide breakfast essentials - tea, coffee, orange juice, and croissants for guests, and there is a mini-fridge stocked with excellent Irish yogurt, milk, butter and water for guests' use. There is a library of books for guests to enjoy, Bose music system, and the suite has interesting paintings to admire. The entire ground floor of the house is a private area for Homestay guests and I live on the upper two floors of this beautiful Georgian house with my daughter. I want my guests to enjoy their stay in Dublin and I am always willing to help out with directions, advice on places to visit, recommendations for local restaurants, and any other queries guests may have.

The apartment was very well located and beautifully appointed. We had a lovely stay and Anne was a perfect host. Would stay again.
Anne's place is beautiful and we felt directly at home due to her kindness, funny attitude, explainations and advices. Super host ;-)
Such a lovely place to stay. The location is super and the attention to detail in this cozy "Homestay" is 6 star. Anne is the perfect hostess. I will be back. Thanks, Tanya
It was fantastic. The hostess is charming and so generous.
We really enjoyed our stay with Anne. It was a fantastic location and absolutely spotless. Such a fabulous host!
We had a lovely stay in Annes beautiful apartment. It was an ideal base for us to go to the RDS for a concert and then to Grafton St shopping the following morning. We highly recommend her!
I just returned from an 8-day trip to Ireland, the first 2-nights were spent at Anne's lovely home. The home is in an upscale area that is quiet but close enough to bars/restaurants. She provided great care with snacks, bread, and drinks. She was very hospitable and I would highly recommend you stay here.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eine tolle Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Haus. Very british!
