Spacious ensuite room to rent in a modern house in Foxrock. As well as a comfortable, quiet bedroom, guests will have access to communal breakfast and living room. The home is very open and clean. Previous guests have described the house has having a European villa feeling. The floors and some walls are tiled with Spanish tiles.
My parents, Pat and Roseanne live in the house and will be on hand to help and greet you.

About the Area
The house is in Foxrock which is great for accessing Dublin city thanks to superb transport links. Foxrock is an attractive suburb in south Dublin, situated between Dun Laoghaire and the Wicklow mountains. Foxrock is 12 km from Dublin city centre and 21 km from Dublin airport. Picturesque costal vilages of Blackrock, Dalkey and Bray are close by. Hill walking and mountain-biking are a stones throw away.
The house is located beside Cornelscourt village. Cornelscourt has convenient shopping outlets, Dunnes stores and Tesco express are within an easy stroll.
The village and surrounding area has a wide variety of fast food eateries and restaurants

Meals

Hi , Evan was a wonderful host. Even the quality of room and bed was great. Very nice location. I would highly recommend it to other guests.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
