Our friendly home is located 10km from Dublin city centre, 5 mins walk from main bus route into city centre in quiet suburb . Close to all amenities.
Our single room is suitable for students as we are located close to UCD - Belfield and Smurfit campuses. At present we have a medical student staying with us until christmas so the room is available from Janurary 2019. The price for this room is €700 per month this is for the room and a light breakfast. Any other meal requirements will be charged extra. We are flexible about meals and may offer use of the kitchen, let's just discuss your requirements.
We also have a twin bedded room which is suitable for students tourists or professionals visiting Dublin .

We are located in a small quiet estate in walking distance from Blackrock and Stillorgan.

About the Area
Stillorgan/Blackrock is a quiet safe area within easy access to Bus and Luas direct to city centre, We are 10 mins by bus to UCD university and 15 mins walk to Smurfit business college.The is a shopping centre 15 mins walk with many eating and drinking options. We are 20 mins by bus to the sea at Blackrock/Dun Laoghaire. Places of interest within easy access Leopardstown race course Sandyford business park, James Joyce tower sandycove,DunLaoghaire harbour and surrounding historic sites. Blackrock village centre with shopping and entertainment . Dublin city centre 10 kilometres away by direct bus link 20 mins.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
