I do take a small deposit that the guest can check with the host.
If saying example,
if they have to pay 1750, I will ask them to pay 1000 in their 1st week (depending on their convenience) and 1000 in the following month and will give back 250 on the day they leave. So it can be different with everybody.
Mostly the deposit is between 100-250 euro.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of Dublin city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are only 20 mins drive from the airport. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop to the city centre. Our house is located approximately 3 mins away from Supervalu supermarket, church, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser's and GP clinic.

1. Smoking not allowed indoors.
2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
4. No pets allowed inside.
5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
6. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
7. Please do tidy the bedroom and bathroom attached on a regular basis

I had a great time staying with Jincy and her lovely family. Jincy is very helpful and drove me around to show me where the shops and bus stops are on the second day that I arrived. She tried her best to ensure that I have a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

Enough space in the room and private bathroom, there are also shops near the house, and bus stops going to the city center from 5min walk. I recommend!June 2021
Highly recommended!! You can really enjoy this room with ensuite bathroom and a backyard. This way you enjoy your privacy. Jincy is really kind and she can help you if you have any doubt. There are bus stops and some shops around.

The house is located in a very quiet area of Tallaght with a great park to enjoy during sunny days!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
