Our home is situated ideally beside Templeogue Village. You can get many buses into town, the square and Dundrum. The bus stop is less then a 5 minute walk. The room available is warm and comfortable. We can accommodate full board if required. This is subject to an extra fee. We are close to many amenities. We also have an office for you to study in.

About the Area
Our house is located in South Dublin. We are in a very green area. We are beside Bushy Park and Dodder Park. It is less then a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Buses go here to city centre, the square, and Dundrum. We also live beside a shopping centre and village. We are beside many restaurants, bars, and shops. The 15, 15b, 49, 65, and 65b buses stops right by our home.

We don't smoke but if you do smoke can you smoke outside. You can bring friends over but can you let us know in advance. You can use our kitchen if you desire. Please clean up after yourself. If you respect us we will respect you. Apart from that have fun!

Kyanna and her boyfriend are two really nice and welcoming people. I spent four weeks with them, and I never had any problems. The house is really comfortable and I immediately felt very comfortable. They were also good advice, it is not always easy to find your way around a big city like Dublin when you arrive from another country. I really enjoyed my stay with them.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
