I want to start with a contract that the landlady gave to me. There is a tip as: 'We have a large kitchen, you can prepare your meals and ENJOY your meal".There are a lot of misunderstandings of that, as I was restricted in using a kitchen.I was able to use kitchen in the morning before 8.30 am and after 7 pm in the evening in the working days. There is nothing about that 'timetable' in contract. It is because there is a kindergarden for children from 9.30 until 12.30 and my shared fridge with other students is located in room with children, so it is forbidden to use it. The kitchen can be dirty with swimsuits on table. Also landlady was usually not satisfied of seeing me in the kitchen and she told me to better going out to McDonalds and have a dinner or lunch in such places. Also she told me that i cannot use a microwave more, as it produces a radiation, but she uses it everyday. The same with induction plate and electricity cattle. It is written in contract that it is possible to use washing machine every weekends. But there are 7 people include me, and usually it is even impossible to wash clothes once per week.
Another thing is that a behavior of landlady is impolite and without manners, that she can violate personal space. It was a situation when I was sleeping in the morning(8 am) and she came in to my room without knocking and asked me to not locking my room while I am away. It is so weird as she interrupted my dream and her appeal was unsecure to my personal belongings. The last drop of my being here she came into my room, and started to talk to me in rude manner that it is forbidden to be in the room during the working day, that completely dissatisfied me, that was like: I told my daughters at 9 am you should not be at home, the same for you, get out of house untill 9, you should study at library.
Overall the house as the apartment is in good state, but the attitude of landlord spoilt my impression and comfort in that home.Yes, she allowed me one month to pay 20 days later, but after that she reminded me everytime
She also told me to go for walkings with her dog, which hurted my knee, but owner told that it is not her problems.
