Bus stops are located across the road if traveling to & from the City Centre. A short stroll to DCU and shops. The M1 and M50 are easily accessed & Dublin Airport is also conveniently located. Off street parking also available.

You will share the bathroom (picture included) with one other person.

One months rent as security deposit is required, as are references.

House Rules

The Tenant agrees with the landlord as follows:

To pay the served rent without and reductions whatsoever on the dates agreed.
- Not to assign, sublet, part with or share the possessions of the premises without first obtaining consent from the landlord in writing.
- To permit the landlord or his/her agent at all reasonable times, with prior notice to enter the premises and examine the state of repair and condition thereof.
- To control noise and volume of TV, radio and such instruments after 10pm at night.
- To keep premises and communal areas in a neat and tidy condition, including paths and gardens.
- Upon receipt of reasonable notice to permit the landlord or his/her agent to enter said premises and to effect such repairs or renovations to the premises which the landlord is liable.
- To keep windows, electric and other fittings in good repair.
- Not to make any structural alterations in said premises or to make any alterations whatsoever in the internal arrangements or external appearance of the premises and not to erect a television Ariel without first obtaining consent from the landlord.
- To maintain all furniture and fittings in good repair and to replace any furniture that may be broken,destroyed or damaged by the tenant. Not to remove any furniture from the premises.
- To use the premises as a private residence only and not to take in any lodgers or guests.
- Not to create a nuisance, danger or annoyance to the landlord or adjoining occupiers.
- Shall not do anything to invalidate or negatively impact the landlords insurance.
- Not to keep any animals on the premises.
- To pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent, this will be refunded on termination of the occupancy on the basis that the landlord does not have to incur any repairs brought about through negligence if the tenant.
- To return all sets of keys on termination of the contract ore be liable for the cost of a new set of keys.
- Not to hold parties in the premises or have an excessive number of visitors to the premises.

The landlord agrees with the tenant that:
- Tenant will not be unduly disturbed by the landlord on the basis she abides by the conditions above.
- To insure the building.
- To maintain and keep in good working order the items listed below.
- The rent will be maintained for the duration of the contract.
- The landlord will bear costs of Electricity, gas, internet, water and waste.
It is agreed between all parties that:
- The tenant accepts that sinks, sanitary fittings, windows, internal plumbing and electric fittings are at present in good order and condition.
- That the rent being in arrears for 7 days the landlord may give notice termination of 14 days in which the tenant must vacate the premises, forfeiting their deposit.
- When leaving the house unattended all windows will be closed and front and back door will both be locked.

Smoking Rules

Your host is a non-smoker.

Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
