A large two bedroom apartment with own front door (Under a duplex unit). Based in citywest its roughly a 5 minute walk to fortunestown Luas stop. The bus stop is roughly ten minute walk from home. So makes getting to and from town an easy task. Citywest shopping centre is also roughly five minutes walk from my home. The shopping centre has a gym, coffee shop and plenty of food outlets. There's some parks nearby (Rathcoole Park about 20 minute walk). The square shopping centre is also close, ideal for clothes shopping etc. Parking is available at my home and the use of WiFi. Theres one bathroom with a shower/bath. Your room has one single bed, wardrobe with plenty of storage and a dressing table (For study etc). Tenant can use airfryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, food storage press and fridge. Use of washing machine using their own wash soap is fine.

About the Area
Estate is small and fenced all the way round. Five minutes walk to tram stop, ten minute walk to shopping centre and bus stop. Local park 20 minutes walk away. Local gym ten minutes walk away. Coffee shop ten minutes walk away. Tallaght Hospital is five minutes away in a taxi roughly.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The front door must be securely locked with key once you enter home. Must respect my home and its contents. You will be responsible for keeping your own room clean. I will provide you with cleaning material when needed. The bedding will be changed weekly. We can discuss details when you arrive.

Hi! Damien is a great host, very helpful and was a huge help to get around in Ireland as a "pro". I also got a glimpse of how things are in Ireland. The accommodation is at a good location. Quiet, yet with the LUAS it's comfortable and fast to reach a great part of Dublin or the city centre. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good location with a reliable host.

Lovely tidy apartment, great location and a great host who on my first day showed me where all the local shops, transport and everything I needed were. Would 100% stay here again :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
