Our house is at the bottom of the Dublin Mountains and has convenient 24 hr bus routes to the city centre and direct bus routes to Trinity College, University College Dublin and Tallaght University Dublin. The house is a 4 bedroomed house and your room is a large bright airy double room. I have two daughters 13yrs and 18yrs and a dog! We have a bright modern kitchen and an open plan living area, there is also a downstairs toilet. You will be sharing the main bathroom with my daughters. We love music and my daughter plays piano. Our area is very friendly and safe with a good selection of local shops and amenities.

About the Area
Our house is a 40 minute bus journey from the city centre, and the bus is 24hr . We have direct routes to Trinity College, UCD and TUD.We are at the bottom of the mountains with access to parks and shopping areas. Irelands largest shopping centre Dundrum is a bus ride away. Its very green area.There a local shops a 10 minute walk away, a pharmacy and beauty salon.

I spent three weeks well at Teresa's house. Teresa took really good care of the house, and told me everything kindly. During my stay, Teresa helped me settle down in Dublin. Her dog Tobby is a very kind and playful friend. The area where the house is located is a really quiet and enjoyable area. I really enjoyed being with Teresa.

I would definitely recommend staying here, I loved living here the past 5 months. They are very nice and have a lovely dog. The room has everything you need. It is big, bright and has enough storing space. The bus takes you right into the city and is going every 15 min.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
