I live with my husband and dog, a cockapoo who is a fabulous dog. he is a little nervous until he gets to know pple. we live less than 5 mins walk to beach in lovely costal village skerries. 40 mins on train to city centre. We would appreciate if the guest would be aware we live in a quiet area and keep noise to a minimum. The room is a double with own recently refurbished private bathroom

About the Area
our house is 12 mins walk to train station. About 5 mins walk to bus which goes to swords and city centre. train goes into city centre and also to droog head and Dundalk. trains runs quite frequent. Walk out of the estate and you come to one of the two beaches. skerries is a lovely quiet pretty village with lovely restaurants and bars. our street is very quiet on a cul de sac.

I like a clean and tidy house. We both work so less noise during the week.
Please keep our home safe and lock doors and windows when you leave and put alarm on.
Do not invite Unknown visitors into the house .
Respect our home but treat it as your own we want you to enjoy your stay with us .
Full payment needs to be paid on arrival.

I really enjoyed my stay at Noreen's House during 6 weeks. I would go back there without hesitation ! I will definitly miss their dog.
Skerries is a lovely village in the north of Dublin. There is a direct bus from the airport, and a train which reach Dublin centre in 30min every hour.January 2019

Perfect as usual this was my second time staying at Noreen’s and as usual was made to feel very welcome in this very comfortable home.

first time for us in home stay.friendly couple .Noreen contacted us earlier in day to accomodate a convenient check in time.5/5 for cleanliness,bed comfort,location .If not for my addiction to full Irish breakfast in b+bs and nothing yet to compare it to ,may upgrade to 4.5/5.Would certainly return again if in skerries area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
