Best host ever! Philip is an incredible host, he makes you feel at home, always ready to help you with whatever you need. In addition, we had very interesting talks and he took me to see nearby places and many tips for my life here. Despite being only two weeks, I can't say anything bad, everything has been perfect and Philip is a person worth knowing.
Thank you for everything Philip!
Philip is a nice person. Location is close to busstops. I would come back here the next time in Dublin.
I found Philip to be very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the view towards Ayrfield Park is great. I highly recommend.
Okay, where do I begin? I spent almost 3 months at Mr.Philip’s house. Time flew quickly and, to be honest I am feeling a bit nostalgic now.
My experience wouldn't have been the same without Mr. Philip, always ready to help me every time I needed. I really enjoyed my stay with him. I was made to feel at home in every way!
He is a great listener and an exceptional cook. Thanks to him, I discovered the Irish cuisine.
His house, very warm and cozy is the perfect place for a short/long stay. I will definitely go back one day.
Oh.. If only I could, I would give more than 5 hearts.
Had a great stay at Philip.the house is immaculate with wide corridors and marble tiles.loads of parking either on drive or off street.very peaceful at night as it's well in from any busy road.
Excellent accommodation mr Phillip is an excellent person highly recommended. Excellent experience nice home atmosphere .
Mr. Philip is an amazing host, I had a short stay with him but he helped me settle in this new city within these couple of days. He’s always a go to person for anything you have in mind and his advice is of great help. I’m extremely thankful to him for making my stay comfortable and satisfying :) So Hand-up to this wonderful person and staying with him is a lot of fun too =D
I won't have enough words to thank Philip... Amazing person... One man you can trust for sure in Dublin...
I've stayed at Philip's for 3 months and I have to say I've had fun, he has the best jokes and being given the fact that I'm here for a indeterminate period he's helped me fit in the Irish culture, which is grand. The house was quiet and people got along with each other, which makes a lot of difference after a long day of work. Oh, he makes a delicious chowder and he's a really good cook.
Best of luck, Philip and keep on panda-ing!
