We live in a 3 bed modern apartment close to city centre .
Our home is safe,clean,warm and always has hot water.all mod cons
Everything you will need for a home away from home.
We both enjoy going for walks, movies,meeting with friends and relaxing at the weekend.
We have two spare rooms. We have gas heating very fast wifi, there is cable TV and a study desk in the room and bathroom next door to the bedroom.
.The room has a comfortable double bed for single female only.

About the Area
Our house is very close to shops there is a shopping centre within5 mins walking distance , with Tesco and versions other shops.there is also a spare around the corner ,Chinese and fish and pizza takeaway on the door step.
We are on the bus route to city centre , howth, swords,Malahide and various other routes.the bus stop is a five min walk. There is is dart station 15 mins walk away.our neighbourhood is safe clean and friendly.There is also a cinema and bowling alley within walking distance and a lovely park to walk , cycle or run.we are also on the bus route to 2 lovely beaches.

House Rules
We like to keep our home clean and tidy so it's important that for an easy
Life for everyone we all clean up after cooking in the kitchen. Put away general stuff after we use them. Empty the bins when full,keep your own personal space
Clean and tidy. Treat our home as you would treat your own!!
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee is paid to Homestay.com). The payment should be done within 24 hours. We will get in touch to pass on our Paypal details.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
