I live in an lovely area outside the city about 30-35min bus journey to Dublin city. I am a divorced, professional lady. I live with my cat and dog who are very friendly and love meeting new people.

About the Area
My home is located in Dublin West in a quiet safe suburb called Lucan. It is a short bus journey into city centre 30-35min. Bus stop is outside estate with frequent timetable. Airport is 20-25min drive to house across the M50, there is an airport bus which leaves you 10min walk to the house.

Sheila is wonderful! How lucky was I to spend my first month in Ireland with her. She made moving to a new country much easier. You will love her and her adorable doggy!

I had a really great time staying with Sheila. I really felt home during my stay. She had helped during my stay so much. After my stay with her I was stuck for place so she allowed me to stay with her that night and found me a anotherplace for the next two nights. My staying at Sheila's house was amazing.I felt at home since day one, she has been really helpul with everything, from bus tickets to places to visit and things to try. Her house is lovely and well assorted with cute cat and dog. She became my irish mommy and i feel blessed to meet her.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
