We are a friendly helpful couple and are hosting guests 16 years we treat all our guests as part of the family (we are a home from home) we live in a modern, comfortable home in a nice area of Dublin,

Nice quiet area facing on to a large green, we are based 3.5 miles from the city centre with a number of buses to choose from. There are 3 supermarkets all less than a 10 minute walk from our home also cinemas, restaurants, etc

Staying with Marie and Conor was great!
They were extremely kind and welcoming and it really felt like home to me. The room was great as well - spacious, clean and private! They would never walk into it without asking for permission first. The whole house was nice and tidy and they even had an AirFryer that I was allowed to use (which was absolutely amazing).
Sometimes their family would come over with their kids and it would get a bit louder but I didn't mind that at all. Actually, it was quite the opposite: I enjoyed getting to know their sons and their families and it made me feel even more welcome.
All in all, I had a great time with them and whoever is considering to stay with them: do it! You won't regret it, I promise.June 2023

Connor and Marie are lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful with everything. Thanks to them my stay was really pleasant. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the room just perfect. It is also rather close to bus or train station so it is not hard to commute to other city areas. I will think fondly about my time there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marie's and Conor's homestay in Dublin for a week with my friend Sergi, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, Conor welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel instantly at ease.
The house itself is a cozy haven, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, providing a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Conor, as a host, went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin unforgettable. His extensive knowledge of the city and its hidden gems was invaluable, as he offered personalized recommendations tailored to my interests. Whether it was the best local pubs to experience traditional Irish music or lesser-known historical sites, Conor's guidance allowed me to discover the true essence of Dublin, also he Took us to the famous Gravediggers pub, where he inviten us to some guiness beers hahah, we enjoyed it a Lot.
What truly set this homestay apart, however, was Conor's genuine care and attention to detail. He took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, sharing stories and insights about the culture, history, and local life. It was through these interactions that I truly felt like I was part of the Dublin community, gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for the city and its people.

Marie and Conor were wonderful people. They were hospitable and understanding. The house is lovely and the double room I was in was quite spacious. You will definitely enjoy your stay there. If you like dogs, then it will be a bonus for you. Bobby is a great dog. Maybe he barks occasionally but fine otherwise.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Would do anything to make us feel comfortable and the information given was accurate. Location is good, with amenities near by and frequent bus connections to city center . Room was spacious, tidy , clean and furniture is new and modern. Highly recommended!!!

Marie and Conor are very friendly and accomodating hosts. They were always nice and eager to help with any issue during my stay. I couldn't ask for more and I'm grateful for their warm hospitality. The bedroom is cozy and quiet. The house is located in a nice and safe residential area, within easy reach to the city center.

I spent 3 wonderful months with Marie, Conor and their family who was really warming, helpful and available. Their house is located in a quiet, charming neighbourhood not too far from the city center by bus, surrounded by several useful shops.
I keep preciously their address for my next trip to Dublin.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
