Our family lives in a 5 bedroom bungalow in Mount Merrion on the south side of Dublin.
Our home is about 10m walk from UCD college and 5m walk from Stillorgan village
You will have a private kitchen that you can use to microwave meals and have coffee( please see photos). Each room is equipped with your own private fridge. There is a laundry facility available( this is at extra cost)
1 big single room with plenty of light is available with a shared bathroom. There is a desk in the room and Fast Wifi.
We require 1 month non refundable deposit upfront if your stay is over 2 months. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Our house is located on the south side od Dublin City in a very quiet and safe suburb called Mount Merrion
We are a aut 12 km from the city and about 25m drive from airport
The bus stop is only 3m walking from the house and there is other ones about 7 m walking from the house

• No shoes permítted in the house.
• Respect at all times.
• We don't allow the use of our personal kitchen however we have set up a small kitchen that has a coffee machine, toaster,microwave and kitchen table for your use.
• Each room has there own fridge.
• No laundry available ( Laundry service available 200 meters away)
• Only BOOKED guests allowed in the house. STRICTLY No non booked guests allowed.
DEPOSIT
• One month deposit require to secure the booking this is non refundable and this deposit is taken out of your last month rent. Please contact directly to arrange this. If your staying less than week there no deposit required for the bookings. Contact Ana for information.

Very nice hosts, they try to help where they can. Quiet and tidy home, comfortable bed and good shower. Ok for staying one or two weeks but not for longer because there is no use of kitchen (only little breakfast room) and no possibility to do the laundry. Location 2,2km from UCD, nice Park on top of hill, but steep road and no buses during nights.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
