Our house is located a short walk from Saint Anne's park which is one of the best parks in Dublin. The park has facilities for nearly every type of sport such as Tennis, golf, hurling, football, basketball, running and has a food market every Saturday. During summer there are festivals held in the park such as the Rose festival and the Viking festival. We also live close to Dollymount beach which has plenty of water sports such as kite surfing.
Raheny village is located only a 3 mins stroll away where one can find plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and the local library, banks and the train station.

There are excellent transport links to the city center with the DART (light train) and buses located only a short distance from our house and they take you to the center of Dublin within 10 minutes.15 minutes from Dublin Airport, take a taxi to the house or an airbus to Busáras, dart from Connolly to Harmonstown dart Station 7 minute walk to house.
10 mins City center by bus and train. The bus is 3 minutes walk away and the dart is 7 minutes walk away.
Breakfast, Shower, wifi, fresh bed linen, laundry and towels, fresh coffee and tea are all included in the price. Laundry consists of clothes washed and dried, I do not iron guests clothes, there is an iron and an iron board guests are welcome to use.. We have all the mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, hob and oven. We have a karaoke machine guests are welcome to use, and a TV we watch Netflix on, we do not have the 999 tv stations we only use the internet for movies and programs. We live in a very beautiful part of Dublin so if you are keen on photography and or walks in nature. Howth, Portmarnock, Sutton, Malahide are all wonderful coastal towns to visit in 15 minutes on the train from our home. We have two dogs, Mela is a young loving well trained cross and Petri is an old very nervous tiny rescue dog, both of them are not barkers and are very well behaved, and love greeting guests, please note if you are afraid of dogs or simply do not like dogs do not book a room here. House Rules

This is a family home please respect us and the house as you do your own. You are paying for Bed & light Breakfast only, unless otherwise agreed before booking. Pay in cash on arrival. No smoking or drinking in the bedroom or anywhere in the house, I have no problem with guests going out for a sociable drink but I do have reservations about those who become very drunk as this always causes problems.
If you break anything in my home you must pay in full for a replacement.
You are free to come home at any time, but please be quiet for us and for the neighbours, especially between 10.30 pm and 7.00 am
- it is not permitted to bring other people to our home
- no food in the bedroom, store food in kitchen presses/cupboards and fridge
- communication of expected time of arrival required at least 24 hours in advance
- latest check out time 1pm unless otherwise agreed, again before booking.
I expect guests to visit Dublin and the surrounding area of our home, so please do not expect to stay at home in my house all day, there is so much to explore and experience.
We are here to make your stay in Dublin enjoyable so ask if you need advice with anything.
By booking your place with us you are agreeing with these rules.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Bella casa ordinata, pulita a pochi passi dalla fermata del treno che ti porta dritto nel cuore della città. La proprietaria Aine é gentilissima socievole e non invadente. Consigliatissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente

We had a really warm, relaxed welcome from Aine who gave us many helpful tips. Cosy, comfy room and bed. Public transport links to the city proved easy from Aines home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Aine.

My very first experience with Homestay and my very first days in Ireland were both absolutely brilliant due to the heartful kind of friendship I enjoyed as Aine's guest in Dublin. A very open-minded and caring person herself, she helped me the best to find an access to Ireland. Strictly recommended - thank you very much, dear Aine!

Aine was the best host ever! She received us in her home even tho it was late at night, the room was wonderful ( great matress) and the breakfast just perfect. I think a big reason of why we enjoyed so much of Dublin in such a short time is because of Aine, she made us feel like home from the first moment, the house is so cozy , she is really funny and has lots of stories to tell, she even made a traditional irish cacerolle for us, the best!! Thanks for everything Aine, you are more than invited to come to Nice anytime. Have a wonderful life :) Belén and Deborah.

Ann made our 4 days in Dublin to a great and enjoyable stay. The DART-station to city and coast is just a short walk. The two-bed room was perfect for us and the house is pleasant clean.
Thank you so much for sharing your time with us. I enjoyed the long conversations especially the one from mother to mother! Many thanks for the relaxing holidays you made possible for us.
Give a big hug to Rosa and Mela. Would like to send you a star-shower of hearts!
