My home is located to the west of Dublin City, in the village of Blanchardstown. It's the perfect location with attraction like the Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo and the National sports complex minutes away. One of dublin's biggest shopping malls is also only a short walk away.
The house is newly built, and decorated to a high standard. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment to come home to, with a lovely garden at the back.
I am the sole occupant, so there is plenty of space with a generous kitchen, laundry room, sitting room and 2 guest bedrooms. Guests have their own private bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
If you enjoy comfort with a touch of luxury, you'll enjoy your homestay with me!

About the Area

My house is located west of Dublin City centre, 25 minutes by car or bus. The closest bus stop is 8 mins walk from the house, and there is also a train link 15 minutes walk in Castleknock. The Airport is just 15 minutes drive, and the estate is located only minutes from the M50 which links to all Ireland's motorways, making traveling to Ireland's west, South and North very easy.
Dublin's biggest shopping area's is close by, Blanchardstown town centre, and there are cinema, shops, cafes and a choice of restaurants within walking distance from the house. Dublin new National sports campus, which included the National Aquatic centre is a 10 min walk around the corner.
The leafy village of castleknock and Europe's biggest walled parks, the Phoenix Park, is a short cycle away. This is a great amenity for walks, a run, or to visit the Zoo!
Finally, the offices of many international businesses are located in Blanchardstown, including eBay, Xerox, IBM, Sematic and Paypal.

Emmas home was really clean, pretty and comfortable. I stayed in the double room for three months and felt really welcome and like at home during this time.
Emma is a lovely and reliable host.
I would highly recommend her home to someone who needs a calm and cozy environment after a busy day at work or in the nearby city center.

Emma was a wonderful host and I was made to feel very welcomed in her home. I stayed in the single bedroom for three months. The whole house is as pretty and comfortable as it looks on the photos. Its location is suitable for somebody working in the city centre of Dublin, as there are plenty of buses in Blanchardstown centre (10 minutes walk).

Emma was so kind and accommodating! The house is gorgeous and very well furnished, you really feel at home. The room I stayed in (single room) was very comfortable, had lots of storage and had a desk which I could study on in the evenings. The location was perfect for me as it is a 5 minute walk from Connolly Hospital, 10 minute walk from Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and has a few bus stops which take you to the city centre and other locations. I'll definitely be back again :)
