The house is newly built, and decorated to a high standard. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment to come home to, with a lovely garden at the back.
I am the sole occupant, so there is plenty of space with a generous kitchen, laundry room, sitting room and 2 guest bedrooms. Guests have their own private bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

It was so nice to stay in Emma's beautiful house! It is cozy and Emma is a great helpful host. Thanks for everything :)
Emmas home was really clean, pretty and comfortable. I stayed in the double room for three months and felt really welcome and like at home during this time.
Emma is a lovely and reliable host.
I would highly recommend her home to someone who needs a calm and cozy environment after a busy day at work or in the nearby city center.
Emma is a wonderful host and makes you feel like family. An outstanding choice on my part. Thanks, Patricia
Emma was a wonderful host and I was made to feel very welcomed in her home. I stayed in the single bedroom for three months. The whole house is as pretty and comfortable as it looks on the photos. Its location is suitable for somebody working in the city centre of Dublin, as there are plenty of buses in Blanchardstown centre (10 minutes walk).
Emma was so kind and accommodating! The house is gorgeous and very well furnished, you really feel at home. The room I stayed in (single room) was very comfortable, had lots of storage and had a desk which I could study on in the evenings. The location was perfect for me as it is a 5 minute walk from Connolly Hospital, 10 minute walk from Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and has a few bus stops which take you to the city centre and other locations. I'll definitely be back again :)
Emma was warm and friendly and has a gorgeous home. I was made to feel very welcome!
