We are 15 minutes on the bus to city of Dublin. 25 minutes' walk from our house into the city. we live in a quiet estate. My husband and I live together. our two children are grown up and do not live with us. We have a sunroom and one dog who lives outside in the back.

About the Area
Our house is located in a small quiet cul-d sac. We are very near the city 2km, 25 minutes walk and 15 minutes on the bus and we are 20 minutes' walk from our house to the sea in Clontarf. we are 10 minutes' walk to Croke Park. There is a bus route 5 minutes away and dart train station 15 minutes away on foot from the house.

House Rules
We do not allow friends to stayovers as the room is single occupancy only. Girls preferred for room. No cooking permitted after 10pm. No smoking in the house. When using kitchen and bathroom, always clean up after yourself. I like a clean house. You will buy and cook your own food, and storage will be provided for you.

Sylvia is a wonderful person, super cute and is always willing to help. She made me feel really comfortable in the house. Her house is wonderful and cozy. I loved everything! I highly recommend it!

My stay with Sylvia was perfect. First time living abroad and they made me feel like living with my auntie or some family. They have a big dog how is really cute. Sylvia is very considerate and reallly lovely person.
The room is big and warm. You can see the street through a big window and netflix on the TV. I totally recommend it!

Mi estancia con Sylvia ha sido perfecta. La primera vez viviendo en el extranjero sola y ellos me han hecho sentir como si estuviera en casa de una tía o familiar. Tienen un perro grande monísimo. Sylvia es una persona muy considerada y encantadora.
La habitación es grande y calida. Puedes ver la calle por una gran ventana que tiene y netflix en la tele. La recomiendo totalmente!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
