About the Area
Our home is located 5 minutes walk from bus to city centre (approx 45 min journey), and 20 minutes from train station. It’s a quiet suburb of Dublin with lovely green spaces and it’s also not too far from Lucan village which has some lovely pubs and restaurants. Short bus ride away from Liffey Valley shopping centre and approx 20 minutes from Dublin airport.

1. No smoking inside the house. Fine to do so in back garden.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.
4. Clean up after yourself in shared areas (kitchen, living room).
5. Do not use or enter private rooms without permission.
6. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
7. Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly.
8. Report any damages or issues immediately.
9. No parties or additional guests without prior approval.
10. Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
11. Be considerate of others’ schedules and routines.
12. Communicate any changes to your plans or schedule as soon as possible.

Joanna was a great host I really enjoyed my stay in her house. She is a warm person always was aware of me If I was need something, as well as her husband; they made me feel at home. Her dog also was a great partner.
My bedroom was spacious, just like the one in the description, very confortable and cozy.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
