Our home is very close to Malahide Marina, Malahide castle.

We are only 30 minutes walk to the beach
We are close to lots of shopping amenities and restaurants
We live in a 5 bedroom detached home and welcome you to stay in one of our rooms.
Myself and my husband live here and are recently retired.

We are 3 km away from Malahide centre, about a 20 to 25 minute walk or about 3 or 4 minutes by car. There's a bus just outside the house to take you to Malahide centre or to town.

Malahide is one of Ireland’s most beautiful and well known towns and has won many prestigious awards. Situated along a stretch of Dublin bay’s scenic coastline, Malahide boasts a heritage village, national visitor attraction at Malahide Castle, a marina, world class restaurants, cafes, famous pubs, all along our beautiful sandy beaches. Malahide Village is the heart of the community with a vibrant atmosphere and is filled with shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a varied range of individually owned and unique shops offering fashion, gifts and traditional crafts. Perfect for a day of retail therapy, browse the boutiques and book shops, find a bargain and take a break for lunch or a coffee in one of the many cafes.Take a stroll around the pretty village, gaze at the traditional shop fronts with beautiful floral displays and hanging baskets. The locals are friendly and welcoming and there is plenty to see and do.

Additional House Rules:
Our preference is that guests vacate the house each day between the hours of 11am and 5pm.
No Pets allowed as guests
Guests are kindly requested to avoid excessive noise and use of the shower between the hours of 10pm and 7am, so as not to disturb anyone who is sleeping.
Smoking is not allowed.
Ann and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. They even had scones and tea ready for us when we arrived and packed us a breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning. The room was lovely and clean and the house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre of Malahide. We would love to book with them again and stay a little longer next time, we had a wonderful stay.
We had a very great time with Ann & John. Very nice place to stay, near to the Airport an by Bus to the CityCenter. A Bus stop is close to the house. The Breakfast was very good and enough for a good start. They are very kind and gave us helpful Informations. Thank you again for the special time with you!
We stayed 3 nights, we loved Malahide, everything was perfect and we were very well welcomed with a cup a tea ☕ I recommend this homestay, the location is perfect, near the airport, Dublin city center, howth.. And much more! The house is lovely, very clean. Thank you Ann for your hospitality!
Ya stayed with Ann the host ...beautiful lady made me feel very welcome. The area was lovely.....the bed was very comfortable and overall was spotless.....breakfast in morning as well ...I’d recommend this Homestay to anyone it was just amazing and Ann and her husband lovely people.......have to say 10 out of 10.....parking as well excellent...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Ann and John. Our room was perfect. We had easy access to buses and trains and we enjoyed great hospitality which gave us a feeling of home. We are very grateful for the warmth and friendliness my husband and I were given. We would return!

These hosts are very helpful and kind people. The breakfast was great. The room nice, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Quiet and save neighberhoot. We got a good advise where to dine and Ann drove in front of us to bring us to a castle we wanted to visit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
