We have a spacious and cosy large bedroom with en-suite, smart tv and a desk in the room available for a quiet and tidy student or a professional.
The house has a cosy feel to it and is a quiet place which is good for studying. We strive to maintain its cleanliness and tidyness at all times.
House is located in Finnstown area of Lucan in a quiet family estate in the cul de suc just off main road and is very close to the bus stop and all the local cafes and shops and grocery stores.

About the Area
A home from home!
Our house is located on the west side of the city and is nested in a very quiet family residential estate near N4 motorway and supervalue shopping mall. Number of bus stops are in reach within 2 -10 min walk from the house and will take you to the city center in 35 - 50minutes.
Lucan village is a suburban area in the west of Dublin city. It has a lovely atmosphere and is a real family place. Here you can find absolutely everything you may need - all local shops, banks, cafes, take aways, restaurants, pubs and transport links are at your door step. There is a lovely St Caterines park and a number of other arks right at the door step which have water stream running through and is nice for walks and doing sports all year around. You can then relax and have a cup of coffee in a local sturbacks cafe or other cafes in the area located not far from the park.
For those who like sports there is a gym right across the park.
In this superb newly refurbished house guests have their own beautiful, bright and cosy large double room with en suite bathroom, a study desk , smart TV , comfortable kingsize bed and plenty of storage/wardrobe area.
There is another bathroom with a silent electric shower in the house and a toilet downstairs in the hall area so you will not be stuck queueing for the bathroom :)
There is a washing machine and a drier all your laundry needs. And you have a full use of the kitchen equipped with everything for cooking and eating.
500mbps WiFi in the house which is free to our guests.
Also free parking off the street or at the front of the house ( when available).
We enjoy meeting and hosting students and professionals alike and want our guests to enjoy their stay and feel themselves at home.

House Rules
Smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted in the house. There is a patio area outside the back where you can smoke.
Please note that we do not wear shoes in the house as we have carpet throughout and it helps us to maintain floor area clean at all times. Please bring slippers with you for walking in the kitchen or downstairs area ( as it is tiled).
Please keep our home secure and lock front doors as you enter and exit early in the morning or late at night.
Please help us with being considerate about electricity, gas and water usage. Do not leave lights on in the room or bathroom if you are not using them ( when going out, etc), do not run hot water for a long time when in the bathroom and letting all the water run out ( as other people may also want to use hot water for their shower. Sorry have to mention this but it have happened before so we ask our guests to be considerate of others :) ).
Please do not adjust the heat settings or hot water settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements.
Guests can use the kitchen. We kindly ask you to clean up after yourself.
Keep all areas clean after your use in the bathroom/kitchen/ common spaces/ room.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm please.
Do not bang doors when walking in or out from your room or from the house.
Please note that we do not allow guest to bring other people or animals in the house unless agreed with us.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
