Our family home by the sea in Rush on the north side of Dublin.Our modern home is a five minute walk to the north beach and rush village
Our home is decorated to a very high standard .Our guest room is a large bedroom with ensuite built out the back of our house for our guests to have their own privacy in a very cozy room with TV, Wifi and coffee/tea facilitys.
Rush village has some lovely pubs and restaurants with great food and loads of lovely places for walks. eg;park,beach,coastwalk.
We have parking if you drive and are beside the bus route and there is a train station in rush which is not far from the house the dart to the city centre is frequent

About the Area
Our Modern home is located in Rush on the Northside of Dublin City in a quiet and safe suburb.
its a lovely village with many tradition pubs and restaurants and has beautiful beaches and a park also it has has a history of garden marketing and is famous for its potatoes.
We are not far from the city centre around 30 minutes by dart/bus
We provide parking and are about a 20 minute drive from Dublin airport so we are ideal for travellers wishing to travel all over Ireland.
There is a bus stop beside the house which goes directly to the city centre and the (train)dart is about a 10 minute walk also goes directly into the city

Gemma and Gordon are incredible hosts. They made me feel welcome in their home. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Communication was super easy and the guesthouse had all of the necessities. Looks exactly like the photos.
I found this place to be very comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower were excellent. You could tell that Gemma and Gordon made sure that the guesthouse is very clean.
Gordon and Gemma have been brilliant hosts since I moved in with them two weeks ago. I've just started work in Donabate and they have made it easy for me while I'll settle into my job. I will eventually find a place of my own, but Gemma and Gordon's hospitality is going to make it difficult for me to move out!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
