Stay with Susan and her family was very nice, Stillorgan is a good location, bus stop and shops are very close. Enjoy a cup of tea in warm home with large study room and spacious kitchen and a lovely small dog. I had to leave because of unexpected events but I can say it was really a part of my journey! Experience comes with changes.
Thanks Susan, hope you all are doing well.
Susan and her family treated me very well, I felt so lucky to have the chance to spend 4 months with them. This lovely Irish family made me feel that Dublin is my second home. I love all of them!
Living in the house, u will have ur own closets, table& chair. You can also use the kitchenware if u need to. You’ll share the bathroom (it’s always clean and tidy) with Susan’s daughters, and they are really nice!!!
Regarding the location, it’s 3mins walk to the bus station and 10 mins walk to Luas (light railway). The bus can bring you to UCD and the city centre easily:).
Everyone and everything here is amazing!!! Trust me, you’ll never regret to choose this place. The only thing you need to do is bringing your baggage and get ready to enjoy your new journey!
I really enjoyed living with Susan and her family during these 2 months. They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the beginning. They helped me to get used to this new environment giving me suggestions of places to visit. The house is pretty and cosy, the area is very safe and well connected to public transport.
It was a really good experience and a pleasure to stay at your house, thank you Susan !
I had a good time in Susan's house. The room was comfortable for my purpose with a bed, a wardrobe and two bed side tables. I enjoyed having a chat with them, especially with the two daughters. I felt really welcome. They provide lots of information about the area and what you can do in Dublin, as well as helping you find your way to places. You can join them within the house or keep to yourself, both is accepted. A cupboard is kept in the kitchen just for you , to store your food. The kitchen provides everything you need. You can come and go as you please.
My stay there was easy going.
Thank you for hosting me.
Well situated house, very close to the bus stop to the city center, the airport and Dun Laoghaire. The neighborhood is safe, nice and quiet, and it's near to the mall and cinema of Stillorgan.
Susan is very kind and will give you any information and help you need, but without interfering in your life. Perfect for independent people who don't want to spend so much time with the host family. Though you won't be sharing dinner with the family you'll be allowed to use the kitchen and cook, so you'll be able to arrange your own timetable, which suited me better. I liked it and felt comfortable so I would come back again.
