Our lovely home consists of 3 bedrooms ( Downstairs), kitchen, shower, living room l,big garden and we have a lovely attic converted to a lovely studio with its own bathroom , sitting room and bedroom.We have a rear and front garden with parking in our private driveway.
We are a family of three Living in the house and we are currently looking to rent the room upstairs which is suitable for a female student or female person..The person should be comfortable with stairs. In the studio you will get your own wardrobe, fridge, microwave,kettles etc ..
We love to keep our house clean and we are also very respectful. We would be obliged to the Person looking to stay in our home to be the same.

About the Area
Safe and quiet environment.. A very mature neighborhood.
All facilities very close to our home distance 2 mins walk. Bus stop, SETU, Shops, pubs, take aways etc.

Strictly Non smoking guests only.
Keep the room clean and tidy.
Keep bathroom Clean.
And wash up and dry all the utensils and plates after using and put them back in place.
Clean kitchen table after use.
If you want to use kitchen we can discuss this apon your arrival.
Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the property.
Please keep noise down at all the time.
Please do not invite strangers into our home..if you would like to invite a friend over, please inform me first.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
