If you are travelling alone or with somebody else and would like to get good value for money - this is a perfect solution for you! This house belongs to very welcoming family of 3.
Villa is 10-15 minute walk from the Mediterranean Sea.
Two-storey villa has 4 bedrooms , which are available for rent.
INSIDE:
Each room has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk, television.
1 bedroom located on the Ground floor with separate entrance from the pool and 3 bedrooms located on 2nd floor.
2 bedrooms on the second floor share 1 bathroom. The host family has own bathroom and would not use this bathroom.
1 floor — living room (lounge), kitchen. It is shared space for guests. You can use fridge, hob, and other facilities of this space. The washing machine is also available for guests.
There is a swimming pool, table tennis, Jacuzzi, BBQ . Large porch for relaxation. Its nice to spend time over there, having breakfast, lunch or dinner and to enjoy nature. Its Ideal for families with children.
There is no toilet or bathroom in the room, but there are 2 bathrooms in villa, one of them is next to the room.
Rental price include:
- pool in the courtyard, massage showers, sun beds, a table tennis table
- bikes (three bikes in the house)

For additional price:
BABY SITTING SERVICE-20 USD/day (in case you go for shopping or excursion)
-breakfasts, lunches, dinners (35 USD/day )
or Breakfast 15 USD/day, dinner 20 USD/day
-Transfer 250 USD (include full support during the holiday: meeting at the airport, shopping during the holiday, haul to tour buses)

15% paid as a booking deposit to "Homestay" and entire summ on check-in, when you come for your holidays.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
