About the Homestay
Don't hesitate to visit Israel nowadays. We live here in peace and calm, though the press is trying to frighten everyone.
Winter in Israel is as nice as spring in Europe.
If you are travelling alone, and you're dreaming of seeing Israel from within, consider staying in my house for a few days. It is A safe, economic way to get to know the center of Israel.
Sleeping in an authentic Israeli atmosphere, in a well designed apartment, located in Givataim, a short distance from Tel Aviv.
The apartment has a small backyard with garden, where you can rest and relax. I have a small herbal garden and some fruit trees.
Bus stops to Tel- Aviv are nearby - 2 minutes' walk, it takes only 15 minutes by bus to get to Tel-Aviv center.
Givatayim city center is across the corner, yet the neighborhood is green and quite. On the main street of Givatayim you can find all kinds of stores, restaurants and coffee houses.
After a long day of sightseeing, wouldn’t it be lovely to share your experiences under my mango tree?
I will be here for advice when needed, invisible when I am not.
It's going to be a whole different trip this time, I am waiting for you!

Pnina is a wonderful host. The room was cosy and right next to the bathroom which I had all for myself. Busses to Tel Aviv go right outside. Super!!!
It was a lovely stay.
Location is great, you can either walk or take a bus to go anywhere you want.
The house is so clean that you feel definitely comfortable.
Thank you Pnina for giving me such a wonderful experience!
Most lovely space (and host), and great location !
Hôte gentille et accueillante; nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, mais elle a manifestement cherché à nous rendre service. Merci à elle
I was at Pnina from March 12 to March 23, 2018.
Pnina was a very nice person and most of all very helpful. Almost every night, I discussed with her, what I would do the following day with a good glass of wine. The shower was excellent and also the bed. I slept through every night. The thing with the key and the alarm worked very well, I could go and come as it suited me - Thanks Pnina for the great time!
I wish you all the best and the best for the future and stay healthy.
Pnina is very friendly and helped my grown-up daughter and myself to feel at home in Israel. The accommodation is near to public transport and to food shops and restaurants. The street is quiet, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean with all that you need. I would come again and I can recommend Pnina to anyone coming to Israel for the first time.
Highly recommended place! I have stay here 5 weeks and I can tell it was quiet, calm to come after work, clean place. Host Pnina gave the best advices on all matters! Thank You Pnina! ❤
Charming friendly and warm, I felt comfortable instantly.
I am a 30 year old woman and stayed with Pnina. Pnina is a fabulous host with a very beautiful heart. She is very accommodating and makes the full effort to make sure you are comfortable. It is very easy to feel like you are at your own home when staying at her place. Pnina made me feel like I was a friend staying with her, rather than a stranger. She even welcomed me by allowing me to meet her friends. I loved the fact that Pnina is health conscious and even arranged and accompanied me to meet some of her health conscious friends, knowing that I wanted to meet them and listen to their stories.
Her apartment is kept very tidy and she even hires a cleaner to come in often. There are wonderful fruit and vegetable stalls, as well as good cafes, one street away from her house. She is also very close to the shopping mall, where there are markets held every Friday. She lives right near the bus stops and it is an easy bus trip to the beaches in Tel Aviv.
I strongly recommend staying with Pnina
Where do I begin with singing Pnina's praises?
I am blessed that I found Pnina to be my hostess in Tel Aviv. Being a 19 year old female solo traveller, It was important for me to find someone who would be more than happy to help when it came to answering all the questions I had regarding public transport / general tips / advice etc and I am soo happy to say that Pnina was eager to help me and she most certainly outdone herself, excelling to provide me with a great experience in her home as my hostess.
I felt very welcome, safe and comfortable in her modern, cleanly and brilliantly kept apartment in Givataim, Tel Aviv situated a few short bus rides (10-30mins) from a number of beaches and an even shorter bus ride to the Rail / Bus station which provides transport to the Airport or Jerusalem etc.
The neighbourhood provided a homely feel with a few great restaurants / eateries / supermarkets / ice cream parlours within a short walking distance.
My room was very inviting and perfect for a single person, A cable satellite Tv with lots of viewing options (for example Hollywood films in English) an Air Condition system and WIFI throughout the home were some great added bonuses. There was enough space and with the cleanly toilet / bathroom next door with ease I felt very comfortable in my accommodation.
I honestly couldn't ask for anything more in a safe neighbourhood with lots of character, and a great location to get around Tel Aviv with ease, full of welcoming and friendly people.
To end, I am absolutely estatic to compliment Pnina on her natural abilities in enhancing my first solo holiday experience with her endless amount of knowledge and advice.
Her kind personality and her genuine humble demeanour, made me feel as though I had someone far from home who I could depend on in an emergency and who had my best interests at heart.
I appreciated that Pnina took the time to help with travel queries and to research the correct information for me in her own time as well as keeping me well informed of her plans for the day.
I couldn't be more thankful to Pnina and for this reason conquering Tel Aviv alone was the best decision I ever made, undoubtedly I will make a return trip to this beautiful country again and again and again.
