Absolutely one of the nicest guest houses in Jerusalem with breath-taking views from the large mirpeset/balcony and glass enclosed dining room. I do require a 50% non refundable deposit on all reservations. And a refundable security deposit of $250.
More than just a room! You have a private bedroom, private bathroom with shower and a computer room/work station/office.
It's all located on the top floor of my 2 bedroom 2 bath, unique 1500 sq ft (139 sq meters) fully renovated modern Penthouse Duplex with spectacular views overlooking The Knesset, Rechavia, Gan Sacher (18 steps up from the sidewalk to the front door) and a 360 degree panoramic view from the rooftop mirpeset in NACHLAOT, THE HEART OF JERUSALEM.
The top floor consists of a Private Bedroom, Private Work Space /Office, and a Private Bathroom with an enclosed shower.

The Neighborhood
Right next to the famous "Machane Yehuda" market, the Pedestrian "Ben Yehuda" and to King George & Jaffo Shopping street. There are plenty of bus and light rail options near the house, including the central bus station. All around you find exclusive shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. We are a 20-minute walk from the Old City, Mamilla Mall and around the corner from Gan Sacher-Park.

House Rules
My home is Kosher, so I ask that if you are bringing any food inside the house that you check with me to make sure it is ok to do so. Most foods in Jerusalem are Kosher. If you smoke please do that outside my home and No pets allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
