Hey I am Rob - A wild night-life animal who likes to party and enjoys history, extreme sports (you name it...) and good conversations!
I live in the French hill - a peaceful Arab-Jewish mixed neighborhood (the students district of Jerusalem actually) located ON the Tram line (means you are going to be Sooo connected!) , but more important : within a walking distance from Old-city!
Under the flat there is a commercial center with 2.5(!) pubs, coffee shops, BurgersBar, Pizza and a big SuperMarket!
My home itself has really good vibes, a pleasant design , free parking and whatever u actually need , from free Fast Wifi , Xbox360 , equipped kitchen and down to Shampoo, conditioner and towels (in case you actually wanted to take a shower? Yes - guess what - I also covered that option too!)

Sometimes I like to take my guests to a desert adventure with my open Safari jeep, packing it with fuel , Food and water for a few days and head to the desert , with no actual plan, where can be also found crazy stuff like 1500 years old monasteries , wild tribes of Bedouins, wild oasis with waterfalls and swimming pools and a really wild beach of dead sea that only a few ppl know about and where the really wild Israelis go! yes... "wild" - that's the magic word over here. Wanna get get wild?

About the Area
A gorgeous, chill and nicely designed flat in a peaceful and quiet Arab-Jewish mixed-cultural students neighborhood (we live in peace around here!), located ON the central Tram line, and within walking distance to the Old city walls (25-35 min walk), just behind the Hotels area of Jerusalem in a building over looking the city from it's own roof-top.
The flat is well located less than 50 meters from SuperMarket, BurgersBar, Pizza, Banks and coffee-Shops, and two wonderful local bars.
The flat is on the 1st floor of the building, over looking the local green-spaces around it.
The Apartment is well-lighten, well-furnished, well-equipped and in the safest spot around: across the road from the EU diplomats residency and the students-village.
There is a free closed parking and Free (100MB) Wi-Fi connection.
If and whenever possible - I could borrow you a few bicycles for free usage.
Designated smoking room and Shishah (hookah) is also available in the apartment.
within the flat, 2 rooms have double beds, and one room has comfortable mattresses on the floor around the room (designed as a middle-east traditional sleeping space) , where as 2 more opening Army-field beds can be placed if needed.
a well-equipped kitchen with whatever needed is available so does the extra toilets in the Bathroom, offering also a hot-tub.
Free Parking is available in a private parking lot under the building.
The apartment is within a perfect location for families who wish to visit Jerusalem while enjoying privacy, independent life without paying the extremely high prices of conventional hotels.

Smoking only in the Balcony please. If my daughter or guests are around - please do not smoke at all.
Please also Respect rules of Kosher as regard for Dishes and types of meat (only Kosher meat, no mixing milk and meat etc)
Please keep the place clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
