Completamente rinnovato nel 2017: nuovi tappeti, dipinti di recente, nuova suite di servizi igienici, nuova cucina, nuova area coperta esterna completamente attrezzata con mobili da esterno, barbecue, altalena per adulti, frigo bar, riscaldamento esterno, ecc ...
House ha tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Lavastoviglie, frigorifero con acqua e distributore di ghiaccio, forno all'avanguardia, lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV, Netflix, microonde, tavolo da pranzo, pentole / padelle / piatti / coltelli / forchette / cucchiai / utensili, divani, tavolino, riscaldamento E aria condizionata, doccia e vasca da bagno, ecc ...
Casa completamente sicura con allarmi e sensori di movimento all'avanguardia solo all'interno. E le telecamere all'aperto solo telecamere diurne / notturne davanti a casa, laterali e posteriori della casa registrano 24 ore. Parcheggio custodito e coperto. Tutte le finestre esterne dispongono di tapparelle Secure Roller per la sicurezza e anche per mantenere la luce, il rumore e la privacy della tua stanza.
Non fumare in casa ma ovunque fuori è OK.

Amichevole casa facile. Per i turisti e gli studenti possono anche fornire lezioni di inglese, se necessario.
Quando cuciniamo possiamo fare qualcosa in più e sei il benvenuto per unirti a noi per cena o per aiutare te stesso a sinistra.
La casa offre un alloggio sicuro e privato per studenti universitari, studenti internazionali, visitatori stranieri con visto di lavoro o visto di vacanza o in corso di tirocinio.
Quartiere amichevole e tranquillo. I vicini sono tutti amichevoli e ci conosciamo tutti, ci salutiamo e ci aiutiamo sempre a vicenda.
Siamo inoltre disposti ad aiutarti in ogni modo possibile con tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno da indicazioni stradali, carta dei trasporti pubblici, aiutarti ad acquistare un'auto, ecc ...
Chi sono: Business Professional. Lavoro lun-ven. Mantieniti molto occupato e attivo durante la settimana e nei fine settimana. Vado in palestra, Beach Volleyball, Boxe, lezioni di spin e pump, escursioni, ecc. Privato ma mi diverto anche a prendere un caffè o un bicchiere di vino / birra anche un DVD con i compagni di casa.
Mi piace mantenere la casa pulita. Sono un maniaco pulito pulito ma non ossessionato. Rispetterò la tua privacy, spazio, effetti personali. Sono molto onesto e felice di fornire il controllo della polizia, se necessario.

La nostra casa si trova sul lato nord della città, in un sobborgo tranquillo e sicuro. Parliamo con tutti i vicini e sempre lì per dare una mano. Siamo a 17 km dal centro della città ea soli 10 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. La fermata dell'autobus è a solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla casa e ci sono molte opzioni di autobus che utilizzano questa fermata. La stazione ferroviaria dista solo 1 km. Ascolta gli uccelli cinguettando, zona sicura e tranquilla.

Abbastanza facile andare. Finché ci rispettiamo l'un l'altro. Vi farà parte della mia famiglia e farò del mio meglio per includere ovunque possibile e l'esperienza locale cultura intrattenimento cibo ecc ... sempre felici e contenti per una chiacchierata. Siamo tutti adulti e non c'è bisogno di monitorare chiunque. Sii te stesso e hanno un grande soggiorno.

Alex! What a great host to start our new life in Australia. He picked us up from the airport even after the flight had delayed for 3 hours. He was so welcoming. In the next day he delivered us to the bank and helped us to open
a bank account. He was always there when we needed him, he also was trying to help us finding a job in Australia by giving us some great tips and advices and sending us jobs advertisements. His house is super clean and we never felt strange living with him. When we finished ,He delivered us to our new host and refused to take any fee for that. I would recommend him 1000%.Host reply

It's a great stay at Alex's homestay and also with the housemates, Alex helped us for finding job and renting car during our traveling in Melbourne. Nice house and close to bus public transport that linked train commuter to the CBD.

His family is also nice toward me.It was my first time coming to Australia and also first time at a home stay.
Alex taught me English.
He spoke slowly so I could understand better.
I could improve my English.Even when I was in trouble, he tried to solve the problem.
He always cared me and other people!I cooked with them, we had dinner, had parties there with them…
It was a memorable and irreplaceable experience to spend time with them.I would like to stay there again someday!!

Nice house, public transport is good but you must early in the evening leave Melbourne city. At 11 pm is the last possibility get at home.

Yes re the trains they have been extended since your stay and now even more so because of summer. They run almost 24 hours now. I think the last one is around 3am and first one 4am.

Alex is great. He helped me much to settle in Melbourne and we've got good friends. I cannot review about the room because I never went to that room, we agreed before my arrival to stay in another room of him which was anyway so much nice and convenient. I'm sure that Alex is a kind of person cares to any problem you may have and try his best to keep you happy with the accommodation.

It's hard to find words to describe how wonderful Alex made my stay in Melbourne. It was my first Homestay experience & I couldn't have picked a better place! My trip to Melbourne was my first time travelling alone so I was quite anxious about the whole thing, but he made me feel welcome all the time! Alex has got a wonderful house, my room was perfect! I really enjoyed cooking with him, watching movies or spending time with him and his lovely family. I really felt like being a part of it!

Thank you for picking me up from the Airport for Free. Thank you for welcoming me to Australia for my first time with an Aussie BBQ an hour after I had landed in Melbourne. Thank you for making me a part of your family (to the point where you family & friends referred to me as your "Son" ;-) . I will never forget the Birthdays, Dinners, Coffee's, 3 Christmas Parties you took me along to & New Years Eve Party we celebrated even thou I was no longer at your house.
I will with no doubt stay at your house again if my travels take me back here. For anyone out there considering staying with Alex feel free to look me up and ask me any question, I can't recommend Alex as a Host HIGH enough. While with Alex he taught me English, Respect, Values, how to Iron my clothes, how to cook & be independent. Oh and yes this one is for you Alex, you taught me how to USE COMMON SENSE ;-)
