Hi All!
Thank you for looking into our listing for your future stay. Hamilton Ontario is a lovely city that is growing faster by the day. With a population over 500K, its much smaller than its neighbouring city Toronto but big enough to have a perfect city feel without being overwhelmed.
Our home is a great location for commuters by car or public transportation. We have close access to QEW and steps away from a bus stop to our transit terminals. Many local amenities include Freshco Grocery store, Tim Horton's, Home Hardware, Busy Bee Convenience, Centre mall and much much more. All within walking distance!

Our house is near a bustling area where lots of businesses thrive.
Our home is just steps from a bus stop.
Our area is quite convenient for those without a vehicle. But also spacious enough to fit 2 cars if needed and with street parking optional. Its located next to a very large parking lot with lots of privacy. For being in high traffic area, once inside the home, super quiet and relaxing. Lots of shops close by for all your every needs.

2. Compost food waste and follow City's recycling chart
3. Be kind, Say please and thank you
4. Kitchen cooking is welcomed, have all tools cleaned and put away in its place. Wipe down kitchen counters and sweep floors after use.
5. Be mindful of noise during late hours
6. Laundry washes on weekends only
7. Office space is available. Please supply your own printer paper.
8. We have little room storage and cannot hold big personal belongings. Small furnishings are welcome and luggage to a maximum of 50 lbs. Feel free to enquire for details.
9. No smoking or vaping

Successivamente, pagherai l'host all'arrivo, oppure in base alle condizioni descritte nel profilo dell'host e concordate al momento della prenotazione. Ti preghiamo di prestare sempre molta attenzione alle richieste di pagamento anticipato avanzate dall'host, specialmente quando tali termini di pagamento non sono inclusi nel profilo dell'host. Tutti i nostri host sono stati avvisati che, se desiderano richiedere un pagamento anticipato, devono indicarlo chiaramente all'arrivo. In ogni caso, ci raccomandiamo di diffidare da chi chiede un pagamento da effettuarsi via Money Gram o Western Union.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
