Sunita and her family where great hosts. Made me feel right at home. Very well kept, warm and comfortable accommodations. Looking forward to an opportunity to stop by again in the near future. Sunita, thank you for your hospitality.

Sunita is a such a great host! She is very kind and thoughtful. She always go above and beyond. She even gave me meals free of cost and is always there to help in every way. She kept the house clean all the times and even has cleaners who come to clean regularly. Thank for being a great host Sunita. Her house is also very close to bus stops (less than 5 min walk).

Sunita is such an amazing woman, so caring, always looking after me, checking on me to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. From the very first day, she picked from the airport, made sure I settled well, and took me to where I did my SIN, opened bank account and got a SIM for mobile phone, the next day, and got some snacks for me as well! Always ready to assist in any way possible. Should I talk about her food???? It was not part of the deal, yet she consistently gave me food. Sunita is such a nice hostess, the house is sparking clean (she had it cleaned by professional every week), and when it was time for me to go, she sent me forth with loads of presents especially whatever I should need for kitchen.
As for the rest of the family members, very loving and accommodating, have a great respect for everyone's personal space, ready to assist in whatever they can. Surely, if I have to do Homestay again, at Sunita's it must be. Thank you so much for hosting me, love you allHost reply

Very nice place for everyone to spend his or her homestay, the entire family members are very kind, friendly, helpful, to be honest they make me feel at home, they helped me grabbed all my stuff needed to stay in Surrey like SIN, BCID etc. Im yet to find a better words to describe the host. This homestay is highly recommended.
Because of that I have renewed my stay. They are lovely people. Thanks you Mum.

Quando pago?
Una volta che un host conferma la propria disponibilità, puoi procedere con la prenotazione pagando il 15% come commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250$£€ per soggiorni di lungo termine), utilizzando uno dei seguenti metodi: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (quest'ultimo non disponibile in determinate nazioni). Successivamente, pagherai l'host all'arrivo, oppure in base alle condizioni descritte nel profilo dell'host e concordate al momento della prenotazione. Ti preghiamo di prestare sempre molta attenzione alle richieste di pagamento anticipato avanzate dall'host, specialmente quando tali termini di pagamento non sono inclusi nel profilo dell'host. Tutti i nostri host sono stati avvisati che, se desiderano richiedere un pagamento anticipato, devono indicarlo chiaramente all'arrivo. In ogni caso, ci raccomandiamo di diffidare da chi chiede un pagamento da effettuarsi via Money Gram o Western Union.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
