This is a three bedroom townhouse located in Scarborough, Ontario. The furnish 1 bedroom basement with private washroom, living space and kitchenette is available for homestay guest. There is no private entrance to basement. Main entrance is shared with host. I have three grown children, one of whom lives with me
I'm looking to host ‘International homestay only!’ to exchange some international experience while hosting.
Payment for period of stay is due immediately upon arrival. A 50% security deposit is also required

We are located in the east end of the City in a very friendly, quiet and safe neighbourhood. (There is no parking available) It is walking distance to the Plaza and hospital. We are about half hour drive to the airport and close to two major shopping malls 7 and 5 min drive away. The bus stops are less than a 2 min walk from the house with lots of options

If you want to feel like home even being far away from it you won't regret staying with Livvy and little Nina!! Had an amazing experience , she was very helpful, easy-going and kind. Thank you so much Livvy, I hope we keep in touch!

I really enjoyed my stay at Livvy's. She is extremely helpful. She guided me and showed me around the neighbourhood. The place is walking distance from grocery store, bank, Tim horton's, dollorama etc. Her dog Nina is absolutely adorable.

Quando pago?
Una volta che un host conferma la propria disponibilità, puoi procedere con la prenotazione pagando il 15% come commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250$£€ per soggiorni di lungo termine), utilizzando uno dei seguenti metodi: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (quest'ultimo non disponibile in determinate nazioni). Successivamente, pagherai l'host all'arrivo, oppure in base alle condizioni descritte nel profilo dell'host e concordate al momento della prenotazione. Ti preghiamo di prestare sempre molta attenzione alle richieste di pagamento anticipato avanzate dall'host, specialmente quando tali termini di pagamento non sono inclusi nel profilo dell'host. Tutti i nostri host sono stati avvisati che, se desiderano richiedere un pagamento anticipato, devono indicarlo chiaramente all'arrivo. In ogni caso, ci raccomandiamo di diffidare da chi chiede un pagamento da effettuarsi via Money Gram o Western Union.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
