Appartamento autonomo perfettamente posizionato che ha tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo aver visitato il bellissimo West End di Toronto.
A pochi minuti a piedi da quasi tutto! Passi per spiagge, parchi, sentieri, tram 24 ore su 24, GoTrain, ristoranti, negozi e molto altro ancora. A 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Toronto oppure puoi saltare sul tram o sul treno e goderti la vista del centro città. Godrai sicuramente di un facile accesso a quasi tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per goderti la città di Toronto!
Parcheggio gratuito in strada disponibile. Non è consentito fumare o droghe in casa o nelle aree circostanti. Si prega di essere rispettosi della nostra casa, del monolocale privato e della proprietà circostante.

La nostra casa si trova nella bellissima Long Branch. L'élite di Toronto aveva i suoi cottage qui a Long Branch, e alcuni di loro sono ancora in piedi oggi. Alla fine del 1800, il Long Branch Summer Resort fu costruito sulle rive del lago Ontario, a breve distanza dal centro di Toronto. Ora è un quartiere alla moda che ti porta a pochi passi da spiagge, parchi e sentieri ma anche da ristoranti, negozi e un facile accesso a quasi tutto.

What a great little space tucked away near the water in South Etobicoke. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone who is looking to visit Toronto and the surrounding areas, you won't be disappointed. Venessa and Oliver were wonderful hosts who were very accommodating and extremely helpful for my co-worker who just recently re-located to Canada from Chile. It was a perfect place for her to get adjusted and to be honest, she would have booked a year long stay if she could.

We felt very comfortable. Vanessa and her husband welcomed us very warmly. They were always very friendly and helpful. The communication concerning check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. Vanessa send us all important information. The accommodation was clean and fully equiped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we liked to go out for a walk to the nearby park at Ontario Lake. The connection to public transportion is great. The trainstation is to be attained in a few minutes and the train brings you straight up to Union Station in Toronto City. We can highly recommend a stay with Vanessa.

Staying in Oliver and Vanessa's studio was the best choice I could have made; an exquisite couple and available for every need; this is the perfect solution to have an independent studio with all services on foot, train and bus stations, shopping center 15 minutes, Union in Toronto in 40 minutes; exceptional lake walks. Thanks for the warm welcome

Venessa & Oliver we’re both so friendly and welcoming and always great for checking in to ensure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay with them! They have a beautiful home with a perfect sized fully equipped kitchen if you don’t feel like eating out all the time I was made to feel at home from the moment I arrived, which was great as I had only just moved to Canada! The space is perfect for anyone needing accommodation for a vacation or as a temporary space to help you get set up as I required! It’s close to downtown, a lovely area with nearby walking parks / trails, shop’s & restaurants! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall the experience was nice, afew pros and cons:
Pros:
The place was clean and tidy, almost all needed kitchen stuff was around.
There are several shops and restaurants around, and the neighborhood was safe and peaceful.Cons
there was a construction work going on in the house which would get really loud and bothersome at times which we wish the hosts had informed us before.
There is no wi fi at the house which is the biggest downside.
The hosts charged us an extra money for currency exchange rate, I think they should have informed the guests that they only accept CAD so that we didn't have to pay 10 extra dollars for the exchange from USD.Host reply

We inform all guests that there is currently no wifi available prior to them booking.
We do apologize for the renovations being done upstairs during the day. Our goal is to always ensure our guests are enjoying their stay and our comfortable.

The unit was clean, well-equipped and located very centrally. The hosts were approachable and accommodating. Take note of the ceiling height in the details. Highly recommened.
