Vorremmo invitarvi a soggiornare in famiglia con noi e speriamo che non solo vi sentiate a casa, ma abbiate anche l'opportunità di partecipare a un'esperienza interculturale unica durante il vostro soggiorno.
La casa è una grande villa in stile americano su due piani, dista circa 15 minuti a piedi o pochi minuti in bicicletta dalla stazione della metropolitana Fiera Internazionale, circa un'ora in taxi o metropolitana dalla seconda tangenziale.
Per avere una buona esperienza del tuo soggiorno, leggi le seguenti parole.
Questa è la mia casa dove vive la mia famiglia, ma non un hotel. Se ti aspetti un servizio come quello degli hotel, questo non fa per te. Diamo il benvenuto a persone il cui scopo del soggiorno in famiglia è comprendere meglio la cultura cinese o migliorare la propria conoscenza della lingua cinese. Per favore comunica con me prima di effettuare la prenotazione e poi entrambi sapremo se desideri ancora restare o se mi piace ospitare. Qualsiasi prenotazione senza comunicazione anticipata non sarà accettata.

È uno dei complessi di ville più grandi di Pechino, costruito in stile americano, vicino alla Fiera Internazionale di Pechino. È uno dei complessi di ville più popolari tra gli espatriati a Pechino e di conseguenza ha una fiorente comunità familiare.

I really enjoyed my stay with Sarah and her family! Sarah was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off at the station, and I loved her home cooked meals. Her daughter Alice is a very sweet and bright girl, and I enjoyed my conversations together with both of them. The house itself is beautiful and very large, and the room is also very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay :)

The family is a charming group! And the house is astonishing! Although it is quite far from the city center, I can assure you that they did their best to take care of us. A 10/01 rating!

We stayed 6 nights with Xiong and Sarah. They have a large and beautiful house in a secure and high-end community. The house itself is very bright and comfortable; both of them tried to make our stay pleasant. Their daughter was very lively; and made friends with us easily.
However, as prospective guests, you need to know that is not your usual downtown airbnb type host. The location is very far from central Beijing (an hour by subway; albeit close to the airport) and hiking into town as a tourist everyday can wear you down. The hosts are themselves not fully ready to host. There was no change of sheets or room cleaning for 6 days; be ready to bring your own towels and toilet paper (!). Her parents also live with them and language can be a barrier. The small single room is nothing but a glorified servant's quarter.
The positives are (i) great suburban neighborhood (ii) both of them make a great effort to make you feel comfortable, and (iii) lovely, large house.

Please notice that this is not a hotel and i am not a waitress either, if you expect a service like hotels, this not for you. This is my home where my whole family lives. So we only welcome the people who know respect others and the purpose of homestay is for understanding Chinese culture better or to improve their Chinese fluency. Please communicate with me before you making the booking and then both of us will know if you still want to stay or I like to host, any booking without early communication will be rejected.Maggio 2018
My sister and I enjoyed our stay with Sarah and her family. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. On our last day, she even invited us to have lunch with her and her family.

thanks for your highly appraise! Also, you were courteous, very ice, very polite, it was our pleasure to meet your sisters. I think this is why i want to do homestay, always meet different people and different culture, to understand the diversity of the world cultures.

Sarah was wonderful she picked us up at the airport and had a wonderful smile on her face. The next day she arranged transportation for us and helped us with directions and gave us access to her kitchen. We felt at home in her house and enjoyed her daughter Alice and husband. Sarah is a very special lady she also took us back to the airport and Saw us to the counter until our luggage was gone. I will definitely recommend staying with Sarah I really loved this family.
My husband and I want to thank her very much for an amazing vacation.
