La nostra casa si trova in una zona privilegiata, è una delle più apprezzate dai viaggiatori perché fa risparmiare tempo e denaro, siamo nel centro dell'Avana, dietro il Campidoglio.
Casa Roly vi accoglierà con un cocktail di benvenuto. Avrete una camera con bagno privato, acqua calda e fredda, aria condizionata, TV, frigorifero e patio. Wi-Fi gratuito, per accedere acquista una scheda di navigazione presso gli uffici ETECSA e poi chiedici la password Wi-Fi.

La nostra casa si trova nel centro di L'Avana. In un quartiere popolare dove puoi interagire con i comuni cubani e conoscere le abitudini della nostra gente. La casa si trova a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale José Martí e dalle spiagge di Habana del Este. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il trasporto.

Il rodaggio è flessibile. Ci adeguiamo all'ora di arrivo dell'ospite e al check-out 13:00. Se il cliente danneggia in modo negligente qualcosa nella stanza, deve pagare il costo. Fumare nel cortile e non dentro la stanza. Si prega di non usare in bagno come cassonetto, usare i cesti.

Although we arrived a day later due to a delay, Rolando and his wife welcomed us warmly. The casa is located close to El Capitolio, and really in the old city center. Great breakfast and spacious bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful and big with an adjecent bathroom. it was clean and cleaned every day and breakfast was provided as well whenever you wake up. The room is right in the center of Havana so you won't miss out on anything. There are plenty amenities available in the room such as a TV and a fridge and plenty of closet space. I would recommend this place for sure!

Rolando is a very good host. Friendly and the casa is situated in the centre of the city.

Die vier Tage bei Roly und Lucy waren wunderbar. Morgens gab es ein kleines, aber feines Frühstück. Roly war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sowohl eine Unterkunft in Trinidad vermittelt, als auch zu einem tollen Ausflug verholfen, obwohl wir nur sehr wenig Spanisch sprechen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings nicht temperaturverstellbar war, sodass es nachts recht kühl wurde. Insgesamt würden wir die immer wieder bei Roly und Lucy übernachten.

My friend and I had a very nice and lovely stay in Havana at Roly's place! The accomodation is in the centre of Havana and you can easily walk to the old town and any other nice places nearby. The room was nice and clean and Roly made a very good breakfast as well. He was very gentle and supported us a lot, because we had no idea which cities to visit and which places to go in Cuba. So he helped us making plans, called some friends where we could stay at during our journey and organized a transport for our next step. On our way back, we passed by Havana again and even if he didn't have the capacity to host us again, he found a place for us next door. Also, he encouraged us to speak Spanish!:) I can defininetly recommend the stay and the contact and would return to Roly's place any time I visit Havana.

Roli is an excellent host: competent, very helpful, friendly, polite and as a single female traveler he made me feel welcome and I felt totally safe in Roli's casa. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Rolando was the perfect host. We got to know some of his family and friends who were all very nice and helpful. The 2 rooms we had were both good in ventral Havana. Rolando booked us really good homes in Vinales and Trinidad too. He has good connections and is a very helpful man. We highly recommend staying with Rolando.
