Casa in spiaggia Tropical

What an amazing stay! Isis and her husband are wonderful people: so friendly and helpful. We were planning on staying one night after arriving in Cuba, but we ended up staying 3 nights. There is a national electricity blackout in whole Cuba, but Isis and her husband made us feel home and helped us in any way they could.
The apartment was nice and clean, the garden is beautiful and neighborhood/area very safe. This is a much more beautiful and authentic stay than in Varadero itself.
We hope to go back and would recommend everyone to stay with Isis!

We are still in Boca with Isis and Juani. Having a wonderful time. They make our stay so enjoyable and help us with anything we need.
Isis brings us special treats for supper and makes us feel like family. With other things from shopping to renting a scooter Juani is there to help. With Covid it has been harder to buy groceries but they both make sure we have whatever we need. Our apartment is lovely with a small balcony upstairs and a huge patio with comfy chairs for us to relax. Everything is immaculately clean. We would definitely come back and stay with them and their family again.

We have traveled around Cuba for a month and spent every night in a casa. The casa of Isis and Juani was our last casa in Cuba before we flew back to the Netherlands.
We were generally very satisfied with our stay at the various casas in Cuba but the casa from Isis and Juani was the best for us. Isis is a real hostess and her goal seems to be to make you feel good as a guest and to think along with you. And we have to say, she succeeded perfectly.
Upon arrival, something appeared to have gone wrong with the booking. We could not stay in their casa for the first of our three nights, but she had already arranged for us to stay for the first night in a casa on the same street. Because of this "inconvenience" for us, we were upgraded to a better room for the remaining two nights. This room was actionally out to be an apartment, a bedroom with a kitchenette.
We did not use this kitchen as we were served delicious meals by Isis and Juani. And although I am a big eater it was too much for us what they had prepared for us. This dinner started every day with a cocktail prepared by Juani. Juani has enough experience because he is worked for many years as a bartender.
The breakfast was also very extensive with eggs, freshly squeezed fruit juice, toast, bread, homemade jam, cheese, ham and even a cake.
Both Isis and Juani speak English well.

Tip: We traveled from Boca de Camarioca to Havana to fly back to the Netherlands from there. Isis arranged that we could take a collectivo for 60 CUC while normally 80 to 100 CUC is asked for it. Like I said, they think along with you as a tourist.
If, like us, you have traveled around Cuba, and want to end your holiday with a few days at the beach, then this casa is a very good location to end your holiday. It is a few minutes walk from the beach where mainly locals come. So no screaming/loud music or the bustle of a resort but a very quiet beach where you still have all the space. If you want to go to the bustle of Varadero, that is still possible. Varadero is around 15 km from Boca.

Nuestra estancia fue magnifica y nos acogieron de una manera muy familar. Siempre nos brindaron ayuda para lo que necesitamos y nos sentimos muy bien. El apartamento es magnífico con todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Nosotros no desayunamos ni comimos allí pero estamos seguros que no hubiera sido un error. Lo único malo fue que no pudimos pasar más dias allí, pero estamos seguros de que vamos a repetir el próximo anyo.
Our stay was excellent and we were treated like family. Every time we needed help, it was offered and we felt awesome. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. We didn´t have breakfast or dinner there, but we are sure it wouldn´t have been a mistake. The only bad thing was that we didn´t stay longer. However, we are sure we´ll be coming back next year. That´s a fact.
Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr schön und man hat sich als Famile gefühlt. Jedes Mal, dass wir Hilfe brauchten, haben wir es bekommen. Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt alles was man braucht, um schöne Ferien zu verbringen. Wir haben dort weder gefrühstück noch gegessen, aber wir sind sicher das wäre kein Fehler gewesen. Das einzige das schlecht war, war dass wir nicht länger dort bleiben konnten. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Das ist 100 % sicher.
